Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang konstruksi di Indonesia semakin berkembang. Pemanfaatan teknologi dapat sangat menguntungkan dalam pekerjaan proyek konstruksi untuk
membantu mempercepat pekerjaan konstruksi, karena ketepatan dan kecepatan penyelesaian pekerjaan merupakan hal yang berpengaruh pada keberhasilan dari suatu proyek konstruksi. Pada pekerjaan proyek konstruksi, salah satu pekerjaan yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlangsungan pekerjaan-pekerjaan selanjutnya adalah pekerjaan pengecoran struktur.
Dalam pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi pada bidang konstruksi, ada beberapa alat berat yang biasa digunakan dalam membantu proses pengecoran khususnya digunakan dalam
menuangkan beton ready mix ke dalam bekisting, yaitu concrete bucket yang menggunakan tower crane, dan mobile placing boom yang dihubungkan dengan concrete pump. Pada proyek akhir ini akan membahas terkait perbandingan efeketifitas dan efesiensi dari segi waktu dan biaya penggunaan alat berat concrete bucket dan mobile placing boom yang digunakan dalam pekerjaan pengecoran pada proyek pembangunan gedung fakultas kedokteran Unika Soegijapranata Semarang. Tentu dalam penggunaan alat berat akan mengakibatkan bertambahnya biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam proyek konnstruksi namun disisi lain juga akan sangat membantu pekerjaan sehinga lama durasi pekerjaan akan berkurang. Didapatkan hasil perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembesian, bekisting dan pengecoran struktur GWT hingga lantai atap sebesar Rp22.620.042.651 dan durasi waktu 118 hari kerja pada metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan eksisting menggunakan concrete bucket sedangkan hasil perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan pekerjaan pembesian, bekisting dan pengecoran struktur GWT hingga lantai atap sebesar Rp22.250.964.264 dan durasi waktu 106 hari kerja pada metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan rencana menggunakan mobile placing boom. Sehingga didapatkan perbandingan biaya sebesar Rp369.078.387 lebih murah menggunakan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan rencana dan durasi pekerjaan selama 12 hari kerja lebih cepat menggunakan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan rencana.

The development of technology in the construction sector in Indonesia is increasing.
Technology can be very beneficial in construction project work to help speed up construction
work because the accuracy and speed of work completion are things that influence the success
of a construction project. In construction project work, one of the jobs that greatly influences
the sustainability of subsequent work is structural casting work.
In the use of technological developments in the construction sector, there are several
heavy equipment that are commonly used to assist the casting process, especially used in
pouring ready-mix concrete into the formwork, namely concrete buckets that use tower cranes,
and mobile placing booms that are connected to concrete pumps. This final project will discuss
the comparison of the effectiveness and efficiency in terms of time and cost of using concrete
bucket and mobile placing boom heavy equipment used in casting work on the construction
project of the Faculty of Medicine, Soegijapranata University, Semarang. Of course, the use of
heavy equipment will result in increased costs incurred in the construction project, but on the
other hand, it will also greatly assist the work so that the duration of the work will be reduced.
The calculation results for the implementation cost of the GWT reinforcement, formwork, and
casting structure up to the roof floor were Rp22,620,042,651 and a duration of 118 working
days using the existing work implementation method using a concrete bucket, while the
calculation results for the implementation cost of the GWT reinforcement, formwork and
casting structure up to the roof floor were Rp22,250,964,264 and a duration of 106 working
days using the planned work implementation method using a mobile placing boom so that a
cost comparison of Rp369,078,387 was obtained which was cheaper using the planned work
implementation method and a work duration of 12 working days faster using the planned work
implementation method.
