Abstract

Laporan Proyek ini membahas perancangan tiga proyek arsitektur yang berlokasi di berbagai kota di Indonesia, yaitu DnA House di Yogyakarta, Gudang Curah Soda Ash PT. Linc di Gresik, dan AT House di Surabaya.
DnA House merupakan rumah tinggal dua lantai yang mengadopsi gaya Japandi, yaitu perpaduan antara estetika Jepang dan Skandinavia. Konsep ini menekankan pada kesederhanaan, fungsionalitas, serta penggunaan material alami untuk menciptakan ruang yang harmonis dan nyaman bagi penghuninya.
Gudang Curah Soda Ash PT. Linc dirancang dengan konsep modernisme, yang fokus pada fungsionalitas dan efisiensi operasional tanpa mengorbankan nilai estetika. Desain gudang ini mempertimbangkan alur kerja yang optimal serta penggunaan material yang tahan lama dan efisien dalam biaya pemeliharaan.
AT House di Surabaya dirancang dengan konsep modernisme yang menekankan pada kesederhanaan bentuk, garis bersih, dan penggunaan material modern. Rumah tinggal ini dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penghuni dengan tetap mempertahankan keindahan dan kenyamanan ruang hidup.
Tiga proyek ini menunjukkan pendekatan yang berbeda dalam desain arsitektur, namun tetap berfokus pada keseimbangan antara estetika dan fungsionalitas sesuai dengan konteks dan kebutuhan spesifik masing-masing proyek.

This porject report discusses the design of three architectural projects located in various cities in Indonesia: the DnA House in Yogyakarta, the Bulk Soda Ash Warehouse of PT. Linc in Gresik, and the AT House in Surabaya. The DnA House is a two-story residential building that adopts the Japandi style, a fusion of Japanese and Scandinavian aesthetics. This concept emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and the use of natural materials to create a harmonious and comfortable living space for its inhabitants. The Bulk Soda Ash Warehouse of PT. Linc is designed with a modernist concept, focusing on functionality and operational efficiency without sacrificing aesthetic value. The design of this warehouse considers optimal workflow and the use of durable materials that are cost-efficient in maintenance. The AT House in Surabaya is designed with a modernist concept that emphasizes simplicity of form, clean lines, and the use of modern materials. This residential building is designed to meet the needs of its occupants while maintaining the beauty and comfort of the living space. These three projects demonstrate different approaches to architectural design, yet they all focus on balancing aesthetics and functionality according to the specific context and needs of each project.
