Abstract

Perancangan bangunan mixed-use Kostafe dan GBI Gibeon di Kota Surabaya melibatkan penerapan menyeluruh dari 13 kompetensi arsitek Indonesia. Pada proyek Kostafe, desain arsitektur berfokus pada penciptaan ruang yang efektif dan estetis, memanfaatkan pengetahuan arsitektur dan seni untuk menghasilkan lingkungan yang harmonis dan fungsional. Dalam konteks perencanaan dan perancangan kota, aspek penting adalah hubungan antara manusia, bangunan, dan lingkungan, serta analisis daya dukung lingkungan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan proyek. Desain juga memperhatikan peran arsitek di masyarakat dengan menciptakan ruang yang mendukung interaksi sosial dan integrasi komunitas. Persiapan pekerjaan perancangan dilakukan dengan cermat, mencakup pemahaman masalah antar-disiplin serta pengetahuan mendalam mengenai fisik dan fisika bangunan untuk memastikan kestabilan dan keamanan struktur. Penerapan batasan anggaran dan peraturan bangunan dilakukan untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar yang berlaku, sedangkan pengetahuan industri konstruksi memfasilitasi proses pelaksanaan proyek dengan efisien. Pada proyek GBI Gibeon, manajemen proyek diterapkan secara efektif untuk mengelola waktu dan sumber daya secara optimal, memastikan hasil akhir yang memuaskan dan sesuai dengan harapan. Pendekatan menyeluruh ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan ruang yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional tetapi juga meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat Surabaya secara keseluruhan.

The design of the mixed-use Kostafe building and GBI Gibeon in Surabaya City involves the comprehensive application of the 13 Indonesian architect competencies. For the Kostafe project, architectural design focuses on creating effective and aesthetically pleasing spaces, utilizing architectural and artistic knowledge to produce harmonious and functional environments. In the context of urban planning and design, key aspects include the relationship between humans, buildings, and the environment, as well as assessing environmental carrying capacity to ensure project sustainability. The design also considers the architect's role in the community by creating spaces that support social interaction and community integration. Preparation for the design work is conducted meticulously, encompassing an understanding of interdisciplinary issues and in-depth knowledge of building physics and physical aspects to ensure structural stability and safety. Budget constraints and building regulations are applied to ensure compliance with applicable standards, while construction industry knowledge facilitates efficient project implementation. For the GBI Gibeon project, project management is applied effectively to optimally manage time and resources, ensuring a final outcome that meets expectations. This comprehensive approach aims to create spaces that not only meet functional needs but also enhance the overall quality of life for the people of Surabaya.
