Abstract

Arsitektur menghadapi tantangan yang beragam dalam menciptakan solusi desain yang sesuai dengan konteks tapak dan kebutuhan spesifik setiap proyek. Tugas akhir ini mencakup dua proyek desain arsitektur yang berbeda, yaitu: Proyek Kost Eksklusif di Kota Madiun dan Teduh Guest House di Sleman, Yogyakarta. Fokus utama dalam proyek ini adalah penerapan 13 kompetensi Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI) untuk memastikan kualitas dan keberlanjutan desain. Proyek pertama bertujuan menciptakan kost yang nyaman bagi penghuninya. Desain bangunan ini menekankan aspek hemat energi, penggunaan material ramah lingkungan, serta memperhatikan kebutuhan sirkulasi udara dan pencahayaan alami untuk menciptakan lingkungan kost yang sehat dan efisien. Proyek kedua adalah Teduh Guest House di Sleman, Yogyakarta, yang menghadirkan guest house yang nyaman dan multifungsi untuk penyewa. Desain bangunan ini mengedepankan pemanfaatan ruang secara optimal dengan konsep modern minimalis. Selain itu juga menekankan pada aspek hemat energi, serta memperhatikan kebutuhan sirkulasi udara dan pencahayaan alami untuk menciptakan lingkungan guest house yang sehat dan efisien. Kedua bangunan tersebut dirancang dengan memastikan kepatuhannya terhadap peraturan dan regulasi setempat, termasuk Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) dan ketentuan mengenai Garis Sempadan Bangunan (GSB), Koefisien Dasar Bangunan (KDB), Koefisien Lantai Bangunan (KLB), dan Koefisien Dasar Hijau (KDH), dan lainnya. Melalui penerapan kompetensi IAI dalam perancangan ini, diharapkan dapat dihasilkan solusi desain yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional dan estetika, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif terhadap lingkungan dan kualitas hidup penggunanya.= ========================================================================================================================Architecture faces diverse challenges in creating design solutions that fit the site context and specific needs of each project. This final project encompasses two different architectural design projects: the Exclusive Boarding House Project in Madiun City and the Teduh Guest House in Sleman, Yogyakarta. The main focus of these projects is the application of 13 competencies of the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI) to ensure design quality and sustainability. The first project aims to create a comfortable boarding house for its residents. The building design emphasizes energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and attention to the needs for air circulation and natural lighting to create a healthy and efficient boarding environment. The second project is Teduh Guest House in Sleman, Yogyakarta, which offers a comfortable and multifunctional guest house for tenants. The building design prioritizes optimal space utilization with a modern minimalist concept. Additionally, it also emphasizes energy efficiency and considers the needs for air circulation and natural lighting to create a healthy and efficient guest house environment. Both buildings are designed to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, including the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) and provisions regarding Building Setback Lines (GSB), Building Coverage Ratio (KDB), Floor Area Ratio (KLB), Green Area Ratio (KDH), and others. By applying IAI competencies in these designs, it is expected to produce design solutions that not only meet functional and aesthetic needs but also have a positive impact on the environment and the quality of life for the users.
