Abstract

Proyek perancangan rumah tinggal Bapak S. dan proyek studio off-campus menawarkan wawasan menarik dalam desain arsitektur. Proyek pertama, yang dikerjakan untuk Bapak S., mengadopsi gaya arsitektur Renaisans dengan penggunaan ornamen klasik pada fasad bangunannya. Ornamen ini memberikan kesan megah pada rumah, sementara penggunaan material sederhana menjadikannya terlihat minimalis. Proyek ini menunjukkan bagaimana perpaduan antara elemen klasik dan material modern dapat menciptakan tampilan yang elegan dan bersahaja. Proyek kedua berasal dari program studio off-campus dan merupakan hasil kerjasama dengan konsultan mitra, yang digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Rumah tinggal split level ini memiliki ketinggian 2,5 lantai dan menampilkan gaya arsitektur kontemporer. Salah satu aspek penting dari desain ini adalah penggunaan beragam material yang memberikan variasi tekstur pada fasad bangunan. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya memperkaya estetika visual, tetapi juga menambah dimensi fungsional pada desain rumah. Metode pengambilan data dalam kedua proyek ini melibatkan wawancara langsung dengan klien, yang memungkinkan arsitek mengumpulkan informasi penting secara mendetail. Proses perancangan tidak dilakukan secara individual, melainkan melibatkan kerjasama dengan berbagai ahli, termasuk kontraktor. Pendekatan kolaboratif ini memastikan setiap aspek teknis dan regulasi dipenuhi, serta mempermudah pengelolaan anggaran dan waktu proyek. Secara keseluruhan, perancangan desain rumah tinggal ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan baru tentang standar rumah yang sehat dan ramah lingkungan. Menggunakan arsitek dalam proses pembangunan rumah menawarkan banyak manfaat, seperti menciptakan desain yang optimal, fungsional, dan estetis, serta memaksimalkan penggunaan ruang. Arsitek memastikan rumah memenuhi standar kualitas dan keamanan, serta mampu mengelola anggaran dan waktu proyek dengan efektif. Dengan demikian, arsitek tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas dan kenyamanan rumah, tetapi juga memberikan ketenangan pikiran bagi pemiliknya. Integrasi antara keahlian arsitek dan partisipasi klien serta ahli lainnya menghasilkan desain rumah yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan praktis, tetapi juga estetika dan lingkungan.
