Abstract

The development Technology of Information and Communication is growing rapidly with the changing times. Many innovations have been developed such as in the field of higher education. The ITS campus utilizes mobile devices that change the traditional way of learning into an interactive and interesting discussion room called MyITS Classroom. Based on the AUBmL model, there are several external variables (ease of use and condition of facilities) that affect the behavior of using mobile learning. In this study, two methods were used. The SEM method plays a role in testing the feasibility of the model and analyzing the relationship between the variables used. The results obtained that the model has shown Good Fit and the ease of use and behavioral control variables have a positive effect on behavioral intentions, the facility condition variable has a positive effect on behavioral control. Usage behavior is not influenced by students' intention to use behavior, and the SEM model has a measurement error of 4.704%. The fuzzy logic system method is used to determine the behavioral perception of Physics Engineering students towards the use of m learning. There are four variations in the form of the membership function and the model with the best variation has a MAPE value of 4.559%. And the fuzzy modeling shows that the behavioral perception of ITS Physics Engineering students agrees with the use of mobile learning.
