Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, proses rekrutmen di perusahaan logistik menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks, seperti ketergantungan pada proses manual, kurangnya transparansi, dan kesulitan dalam menjalani rekrutmen daring. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi rekrutmen berbasis web dengan pendekatan Design Thinking yang berfokus pada pengguna, mencakup divisi Human Resource (HR) dan kandidat pelamar kerja. Design Thinking dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menghasilkan solusi inovatif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan tim Design Thinking, melalui lima tahap Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, dan Test. Pada tahap Empathize, diskusi, observasi, dan survei dilakukan untuk memahami kebutuhan dan tantangan pengguna. Temuan tersebut digunakan pada tahap Define untuk merumuskan pernyataan masalah yang fokus dan relevan. Selanjutnya, pada tahap Ideate, solusi kreatif dikembangkan melalui brainstorming, menghasilkan berbagai konsep aplikasi. Pada tahap Prototype, ide-ide diwujudkan dalam bentuk wireframe yang mencakup fitur utama, seperti simulasi tes, validasi data otomatis, penjadwalan wawancara, dan dashboard HR. Tahap Test dilakukan untuk menguji wireframe dengan melibatkan kandidat dan tim HR, menghasilkan iterasi desain hingga tercipta wireframe final yang optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wireframe yang dirancang berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan pengalaman pengguna. Fitur-fitur seperti notifikasi otomatis, simulasi tes interaktif, dan dashboard analitik menjadi solusi atas tantangan utama dalam proses rekrutmen. Analisis Key Performance Indicators (KPI) menunjukkan bahwa wireframe memenuhi parameter efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai 3.6 dari skala 4. Prototipe tersebut berhasil mengurangi waktu proses rekrutmen, meningkatkan transparansi, serta memberikan pengalaman yang lebih intuitif bagi kandidat dan HR. Aplikasi rekrutmen yang dihasilkan tidak hanya mempermudah proses rekrutmen di perusahaan logistik, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi berbasis Design Thinking dalam konteks industri lainnya. Dengan hasil ini, penelitian diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan aplikasi serupa di masa depan, mendukung perusahaan dalam menarik dan merekrut talenta terbaik secara efektif dan efisien.

In the digitalization era, recruitment processes in logistics companies face increasingly complex challenges, such as reliance on manual processes, lack of transparency, and difficulties in conducting online recruitment. This study aims to develop a web-based recruitment application using the Design Thinking approach, focusing on user-centric solutions for Human Resource (HR) divisions and job candidates. The approach was chosen for its ability to deliver innovative and relevant solutions tailored to user needs. The research was conducted by involving the Design Thinking team, through five stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. In the Empathize stage, discussion, observations, and surveys were conducted to understand user needs and challenges. These findings were utilized in the Define stage to formulate focused and relevant problem statements. The Ideate stage generated creative solutions through brainstorming and mind mapping, resulting in various application concepts. During the Prototype stage, these ideas were visualized into wireframes that included key features such as test simulations, automated data validation, interview scheduling, and an HR dashboard. Finally, the Test stage involved testing the wireframes with candidates and HR personnel, leading to iterative refinements and an optimized final wireframe. The results indicate that the designed wireframe successfully improves efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Features such as automated notifications, interactive test simulations, and analytical dashboards address key recruitment challenges. An analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) demonstrated that the wireframe meets parameters for effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction with a value of 3.6 on a scale of 4. The prototype significantly reduces recruitment processing time, enhances transparency, and provides a more intuitive experience for both candidates and HR personnel. The resulting recruitment application not only streamlines recruitment processes in logistics companies but also contributes to the advancement of Design Thinking-based technologies in other industries. This research is expected to serve as a reference for similar application development in the future, supporting companies in effectively and efficiently attracting and recruiting top talent.
