Abstract

Lima operator telekomunikasi di Indonesiadi antaranya Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo, XL Axiata, Tri (3) dan Smart Telecom bersaing menghadirkan teknologi terkini 4G sebagai bagian strategi perusahaan menjadi terdepan dalam layanan komunikasi bergerak. PT XYZ adalah salah satu perusahaan multinasional yang bergerak di bidang layanan jasa telekomunikasi. Manajemen PT XYZ Surabaya menargetkan pelaporan kerja karyawan dapat meningkat sampai dengan 100%. Berdasarkan data tahun 2014, tingkat keaktifan karyawan dalam pelaporan kerja harian sebesar 8,97%, tahun 2015 sebesar 15,86% dan kuartal 1 tahun 2016 Januari sampai Maret sebesar 60,12%.Selain itu peneliti melakukan survey pendahuluan dengan hasil faktor motivasi lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan faktor kompetensi. Sehingga Penelitian ini berpusat pada permasalahan apakah motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan divisi Network Operations PT XYZ Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan PT XYZ Surabaya dengan metode SEM-PLS.Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel motivasi ekstrinsik yaitu supervisi paling dominan mempengaruhi secara langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu variabel kinerja karyawan mampu dijelaskan sebesar 0,655atau 65,5% oleh variabel motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik, sedangkan sebesar 34,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.Dari indikator motivasi yang paling signifikan digunakan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk memformulasikan rekomendasiyang paling tepat kepada manajemen PT XYZ untuk perbaikan kinerja karyawan divisi Network Operations dalam pelaporan kerja harian karyawan dan posisi karyawan dalam organisasi perusahaan sesuai dengan kemampuan karyawan. ================================================================================= There are five telecommunications operators in Indonesia, including Telkomsel, Indosat Ooredoo, XL Axiata, Tri (3) and Smart Telecom compete to bring the latest 4G technologies as part of corporate strategy into the forefront of mobile communications services. PT XYZ is a multinational company engaged in the field of telecommunications services. The management of PT XYZ Surabaya targeting employee reporting can be increased up to 100%. Based on data from 2014, the level of activity of employees in the daily work of reporting 8,97%, 2015 amounted to 15,86% and the first quarter of January to March 2016 amounted to 60,12%. In addition, researchers conduct a preliminary survey with the results of the motivational factors have more influence on employee performance compared to the competence factor. So the researchers focused on the problem of whether the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation influence on employee performance division of Network OperationsPT XYZ Surabaya.
This study aims to determine how much influence the intrinsic and extrinsic motivation on employee performance PT XYZ Surabaya with SEM-PLS method. The results of this study are variable extrinsic motivation is supervision directly dominant influence on employee performance. Besides the variable performance of employees able to be explained by 0,655 or 65,5% by variable intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, while 34,5% is explained by other variables. Of the most significant indicators of motivation used method Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to formulate the most appropriate recommendation to the management of XYZ for employee performance improvement division of Network Operations for reporting the daily work of employees and the employee's position within the company's organization in accordance with the ability of employees.
