Abstract

PT Implora Sukses Abadi merupakan salah satu perusahaan terkemuka yang memproduksi berbagai produk kecantikan. Di balik keberhasilan branding yang kuat, perusahaan juga dihadapkan pada tantangan eksternal seperti maraknya peredaran produk palsu di pasaran yang dapat merusak citra merek dan kepercayaan konsumen. Kondisi ini menuntut perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa kualitas produk tetap terjaga, salah satunya melalui kinerja optimal dari divisi Quality Control (QC). Namun, masih terdapat beberapa aspek layanan dan fasilitas yang belum sepenuhnya memenuhi ekspektasi karyawan, sehingga evaluasi rutin menjadi hal yang penting. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan kerja karyawan divisi Quality Control terhadap layanan PT Implora Sukses Abadi dengan pendekatan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Metode pengambilan data adalah menggunakan kuisioner dalam bentuk GForm untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas karyawan adalah perempuan usia dewasa muda dengan pendidikan terakhir dominan Sarjana/S1/D4. Aspek yang perlu diprioritaskan untuk perbaikan adalah pencahayaan dan ventilasi ruangan.

PT Implora Sukses Abadi is one of the leading companies that produces various beauty products. Behind its strong branding success, the company also faces external challenges, such as the widespread circulation of counterfeit products in the market, which can damage the brand image and consumer trust. This condition demands the company to ensure consistent product quality, one of which depends on the optimal performance of the Quality Control (QC) division. However, there are still several aspects of services and facilities that do not fully meet employee expectations, making regular evaluations essential. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the job satisfaction of employees in the Quality Control division regarding the services of PT Implora Sukses Abadi using the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms to assess employee satisfaction with the company. The results of this study show that the majority of employees are young adult women with a dominant education level of Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4). The aspects that need to be prioritized for improvement are lighting and room ventilation.
