Abstract
Penggunaan teknologi digital sangat berkembang di era Indutri 4.0 saat ini. Teknologi digital atau digitalisasi tersebut telah dipergunakan secara luas di berbagai perusahaan baik manufaktur maupun jasa, serta banyak dipergunakan juga dalam bidang manajeman rantai pasok. Dalam mengimpelemtasikan teknologi informasi, banyak perusahaan yang menerapkan pola outsourcing dengan skema managed service fee. Untuk memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal, provider managed service perlu melakukan perencanaan kegiatan operasional yang optimal, khususnya dalam kegiatan maintenance baik preventive maupun corrective. Salah satu parameter operasional pemeliharaan tersebut adalah penentuan jumlah dan lokasi depot serta rute perjalanan teknisi pemeliharaan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharaan rutin yang optimal yang menghasilkan profit maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan pemodelan Integrated Location and Techinician Routing Problem with Profits untuk menentukan lokasi depot dan rute teknisi pemeliharaan yang mendukung managed service provider dalam perencanaan operasional pemeliharaan yang optimal. Dari optimasi model diperoleh hasil jumlah depot yang optimal adalah 4 depot dan 8 rute teknisi untuk keempat depot tersebut. Adapun profit maksimal yang dihasilkan adalah Rp. 317.920.000

The use of digital technology is very developed in the current industrial 4.0 era. Digital technology or digitalization has been widely used in various companies, both manufacturing and services, and is widely used also in the field of supply chain management. In implementing information technology, many companies are implementing an outsourcing pattern with managed service schemes fee. To provide maximum service, managed service providers need to carry out optimal operational activity planning, especially in maintenance activities both preventive andun corrective. One of the operational parameters of such maintenance is the determination of the number and location of depots and travel routes of maintenance technicians in carrying out optimal routine maintenance activities that generate maximum profit. In this study, Integrated Location and Techinician Routing Problem with Profits modeling was developed to determine the location of depots and routes of maintenance technicians who support managed service providers in optimal maintenance operational planning. From the optimization of the model, the results of the optimal number of depots were obtained were 4 depots and 8 technician routes for the four depots. The maximum profit generated is IDR 317,920,000
