Abstract

Proyek Shoring Protection merupakan proyek konstruksi infrastruktur yang memiliki tingkat kompleksitas tinggi serta menghadapi berbagai ketidakpastian yang berpotensi menyebabkan keterlambatan penyelesaian dan peningkatan biaya proyek. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu pendekatan yang mampu mengoptimalkan durasi proyek dengan mempertimbangkan aspek biaya dan risiko secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi alternatif percepatan yang dapat diterapkan pada proyek Shoring Protection, mengintegrasikan metode Time–Cost Trade-Off (TCTO) dan Simulasi Monte Carlo, serta menghasilkan strategi percepatan proyek yang adaptif dan berbasis risiko. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan studi kasus pada proyek pembangunan Shoring Protection. Analisis dilakukan melalui identifikasi sisa durasi dan sisa aktivitas kritis yang belum dilaksanakan, penyusunan alternatif percepatan berupa penambahan jam kerja (overtime), penambahan tenaga kerja dan peralatan, serta optimalisasi metode pelaksanaan. Selanjutnya dilakukan optimasi waktu dan biaya menggunakan metode TCTO dan QM for Windows, kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk mengukur tingkat risiko dan probabilitas pencapaian target durasi proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas kritis yang paling berpengaruh terhadap durasi proyek berada pada pekerjaan konstruksi Zona 3 (STA 9–15). Analisis TCTO menghasilkan alternatif percepatan yang mampu menurunkan durasi proyek dari 529 hari menjadi 311 hari. Hasil optimasi menggunakan QM for Windows menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi waktu dan biaya yang paling ekonomis dicapai pada durasi proyek sekitar 432 hari dengan total biaya sekitar Rp13 miliar, sedangkan skenario percepatan yang dibutuhkan yaitu 311 hari memerlukan biaya sekitar Rp14 miliar. Hasil Simulasi Monte Carlo menunjukkan bahwa durasi proyek 311 hari berada pada tingkat kepercayaan 34% (P34), sedangkan pada durasi proyek 432 tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 93% (P93). Probabilitas proyek dipercepat dengan maksimal yaitu 282 hari berada di tingkat kepercayaan 11% (P11).

The Shoring Protection Project is an infrastructure construction project characterized by a high level of complexity and various uncertainties that may lead to project delays and cost overruns. Therefore, an approach is required to optimize project duration while simultaneously considering cost and risk aspects. This study aims to identify feasible acceleration alternatives for the Shoring Protection Project, integrate the Time–Cost Trade-Off (TCTO) method with Monte Carlo Simulation, and develop an adaptive and risk-based project acceleration strategy. This research employed a quantitative approach using a case study of a Shoring Protection construction project. The analysis began with the identification of the remaining project duration and critical activities that had not yet been executed. Several acceleration alternatives were then developed, including overtime work, additional labor and equipment resources, and optimization of construction methods. Time and cost optimization were subsequently performed using the TCTO method and QM for Windows software. The resulting schedules were further evaluated through Monte Carlo Simulation to assess risk levels and the probability of achieving the target project duration. The results indicate that the most influential critical activities affecting the overall project duration are located in the Zone 3 construction works (STA 9–15). The TCTO analysis demonstrates that the proposed acceleration alternatives can reduce the project duration from 529 days to 311 days. The optimization results obtained using QM for Windows show that the most economical balance between time and cost is achieved at a project duration of approximately 432 days with a total cost of approximately IDR 13 billion, whereas achieving the accelerated target of 311 days requires a total cost of approximately IDR 14 billion. The Monte Carlo Simulation results indicate that the 311-day project duration corresponds to a confidence level of 34% (P34), while the 432-day duration achieves a confidence level of 93% (P93). Furthermore, the maximum acceleration scenario of 282 days has a probability of occurrence of 11% (P11).
