Abstract
Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Yogyakarta – Bawen Paket 1 (Seksi 6) merupakan bagian dari Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) yang membentang sepanjang 4,94 km dari Kecamatan Bawen – Ambarawa. Proyek Akhir ini membahas pengerjaan seksi tersebut pada STA 1+360 – STA 6+300 dengan PT Jasamarga Jogja Bawen sebagai pemilik proyek, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk, sebagai kontraktor pelaksana, dan PT Eskapindo Matra KSO; PT Mitrapacific Consulindo International sebagai konsultan pengawas. Proyek ini memiliki nilai kontrak sebesar Rp1.202.792.115.242,93. Hingga Agustus 2025, progres pelaksanaan proyek baru mencapai 67,98% dari target rencana sebesar 91,55%, sehingga proyek ini mengalami deviasi keterlambatan sebesar 23,57%. Untuk mengatasi keterlambatan tersebut, penelitian ini melakukan analisis percepatan pada pekerjaan di lintasan kritis dengan menggunakan metode Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) melalui 9 iterasi. Skenario percepatan yang diterapkan meliputi penambahan alat berat, penambahan tenaga kerja, serta penambahan shift kerja. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa durasi tercepat dicapai pada iterasi 9 dengan efisiensi waktu sebesar 5,194%, yang mampu mempercepat total durasi proyek dari semula 1213 hari menjadi 1150 hari. Sementara itu, pilihan paling optimal (optimum point) ditemukan pada iterasi 8 yang menghasilkan biaya minimum. Pada iterasi ini, proyek berhasil mencapai penghematan biaya maksimal sebesar 2,582% dengan memangkas sisa biaya pasca denda dari Rp460.525.419.104,10 menjadi Rp448.635.416.219,40, sembari tetap mempertahankan efisiensi waktu yang signifikan sebesar 5,111% sehingga durasi proyek menjadi 1151 hari.

The Yogyakarta–Bawen Toll Road Construction Project Package 1 (Section 6) is part of the National Strategic Project (PSN), spanning 4.94 km from Bawen District to Ambarawa. This final project discusses the construction of this section from STA 1+360 to STA 6+300, with PT Jasamarga Jogja Bawen as the project owner, PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk as the contractor, and PT Eskapindo Matra KSO in association with PT Mitrapacific Consulindo International as the supervising consultant. The project has a contract value of IDR 1,202,792,115,242.93. As of August 2025, the project had only achieved 67.98% progress compared to the planned target of 91.55%, resulting in a schedule delay deviation of 23.57%. To overcome this delay, this study conducted an acceleration analysis on activities along the critical path using the Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO) method throughm 9 iterations. The acceleration scenarios implemented included the addition of heavy equipment, labor, and work shifts. The analysis results indicate that the shortest project duration was achieved in the ninth iteration, with a time efficiency of 5.194%, reducing the total project duration from 1,213 days to 1,150 days. Meanwhile, the most optimal alternative (optimum point) was obtained in the eighth iteration, which resulted in the minimum project cost. In this iteration, the project achieved maximum cost savings of 2.582% by reducing the remaining post-penalty cost from IDR 460,525,419,104.10 to IDR 448,635,416,219.40, while maintaining a significant time efficiency of 5.111%, resulting in a project duration of 1,151 days.
