Abstract
Daerah Irigasi Sidoraharjo terletak di Desa Sendang Tirto Kecamatan Banguntapan Kabupaten Bantul Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Daerah irigasi ini memiliki luas baku 98 ha untuk pemanfaatan tanaman padi. Dan lebih dari 4 ha untuk pemanfaatan perikanan.
Debit yang disuplai oleh sungai mruwe pada dasarnya sangat cukup untuk mengairi seluruh petak sawah dan kolam. Akan tetapi kenyataannya pada bagian hilir jaringan irigasi ini sangat sering tidak terairi.
Jika dilihat dari dimensi-dimensi bangunan yang ada maka seharusnya jaringan irigasi ini dapat beroperasi dengan baik. Tapi pada kenyataannya kondisi aset irigasi yang buruk membuat operasional daerah irigasi ini kurang optimal. Alternatif yang diberikan nantinya diharapkan mampu untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di Daerah Irigasi Sidoraharjo

Sidoraharjo Irrigation Area is located in Sendang Tirto Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This irrigation area has a standard area of 98 ha for the utilization of rice crops. And more than 4 ha for fishery utilization.
The discharge supplied by the mruwe river is essentially sufficient to irrigate the whole field and ponds. However, the reality in the downstream irrigation network is very often not irrigated.
If viewed from the dimensions of existing buildings then this irrigation network should be able to operate properly. But in fact the condition of bad irrigation assets makes operational irrigation area is less than optimal. The alternative will be expected to be able to overcome the problems that occurred in Sidoraharjo Irrigation Area.
