Abstract
Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan ruang dan terbatasnya lahan terutama di kota-kota besar menyebabkan banyaknya proyek-proyek gedung bertingkat (high rise building) di Indonesia. Proyek konstruksi termasuk proyek high rise building berada pada lingkungan yang kompleks dan dinamis sehingga menimbulkan ketidakpastian dan risiko tinggi. Resiko selalu ada dalam proyek konstruksi dan sering menyebabkan jadwal delay atau cost overrun. Manajemen risiko adalah proses yang terdiri dari identifikasi risiko, penilaian secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, respon dengan metode penanganan dan pengendalian risiko yang sesuai. Konsep manajemen risiko menjadi sangat populer di sejumlah bisnis. Banyak perusahaan sering membuat prosedur manajemen risiko dalam proyek mereka untuk memperbaiki kinerja, meminimalkan kerugian dan meningkatkan keuntungan Risk event dari sebuah proyek berbeda berbeda dengan risk event pada proyek yang lain. Demikian juga tingkat kejadian dan dampak di setiap proyek selalu berubah-ubah dari proyek satu ke proyek yang lain. Ini menyulitkan manajemen untuk menangani risiko pada proyek-proyek barunya. Kurangnya manajemen risiko, bahkan analisis risiko tidak memadai, dapat menempatkan proyek konstruksi dalam bahaya.
Penelitian ini mencari alternatif untuk mendapatkan estimasi risk event, concequance atau dampak dan likelihood atau kemungkinan secara generik agar dapat digunakan untuk mengendalikan risiko proyek high rise building berikutnya. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa proyek high rise building yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar penetapan risk event, concequance atau dampak dan
likelihood atau kemungkinan. Dalam penelitian ini dipakai metode kualitatif, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan analisa nilai mean dengan mencari rata-rata dari data yang tersedia. Estimasi risiko ini bisa membantu kontraktor terutama di bidang high rise building untuk mengelola risiko baik dari faktor risiko, kemungkinan terjadinya (likelihood) dan dampak dari risiko (consequence).

Construction   projects including   high   rise   building   projects   are   located   in   complex   and   dynamic environments  result  in  high  levels  of  uncertainty  and  risk.  Risks  are  always present in construction projects and often lead to delay schedules or cost overruns. Risk  management  is  a  process  consisting  of  risk  identification,  qualitative  and quantitative  assessment,  response  with  appropriate  methods  of  handling  and  risk control. The concept of risk management is becoming very popular in a number of
businesses.  Many  companies  often  create  risk  management  procedures  in  their projects to improve performance, minimize losses and increase profits
Risk  event  from  a  different  project  is  different  from  the  risk  event  on another  project.  Likewise,  the  level  of  occurrence  and  impact  in  each  project  is
always   changing   from   one   project   to   another.   This   makes   it   difficult   for management  to  handle  risks  on  new projects.  Lack  of  risk  management,  even
inadequate risk analysis, can put construction projects in jeopardy. This  research looked for  alternatives  to  get  risk  event,  concequance  or impact  estimates  and  likelihood  or  generic  possibilities  in  order  to  be  u
sed  to control  the  risk  of  subsequent  high  rise  building  projects.  This  research  involves several high rise building projects that will be used as a basis for determining risk events, concequance or impact and likelihood or possibilities. In  this  study  us
ed  qualitative  methods,  and  data  analysis  is  done  by
statistical analysis by finding the average of available data. Estimation this risk can help contractors, especially in the field of high rise building to manage risk both from risk factors, likelihood and consequence.
