Abstract
PT X merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki komitmen untuk menjadi perusahaan flexible packaging yang terbaik dan berkualitas serta fokus kepada kepuasan konsumen, yang bergerak dibidang percetakan kemasan plastik dengan menggunakan sistem rotogravure. Rotogravure adalah salah satu teknologi dalam dunia percetakan, teknologi cetak yang biasa digunakan untuk mencetak media yang terbuat dari bahan yang fleksibel, misalnya berbagai jenis plastik, alumunium, kertas, serta PVC. Persaingan ketat pada era saat ini mendorong perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan performansi perusahaan secara berkesinambungan. Saat ini PT X hanya berfokus pada penilaian aspek keuangan saja dikarenakan belum memiliki pengukuran kinerja yang dilakukan manajemen. Hal ini mengakibatkan visi dan misi cenderung menjadi slogan saja tanpa didukung dengan perencanaan strategis yang tepat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada PT X dengan berlandaskan visi dan misi strategis perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja pada penelitian ini adalah Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini juga didukung oleh metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) sebagai metode untuk menentukan pembobotan antar perspektif, antar sasaran strategis dan kpi dalam skala prioritas.
Perancangan sistem pengukuran kinerja ini, menghasilkan 16 sasaran strategis dan 24 indikator pengukuran kinerja (KPI). Implementasi dari perancangan pada penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai kinerja yang didapat dari scoring Objective Matrix (OMAX) menunjukkan bahwa nilai Current Performance Indicator yang telah dicapai PT X untuk semester I tahun 2017 adalah sebesar 6.53 yang berada pada level 4-7 dan apabila disimbolkan traffic light system tergolong warna kuning. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT X pada performansi yang cukup dengan kata lain kinerja PT X belum mencapai target dan masih membutuhkan perbaikan dalam mencapai target yang diharapkan. ===================================================================================================

company and focus on consumer satisfaction, which is engaged in plastic packaging printing by using rotogravure system. Rotogravure is one of the technology in the world of printing, printing technology commonly used to print media made of flexible materials, such as various
types of plastic, aluminum, paper, and PVC. Intense competition in the current era
encourages companies to be able to improve the company's performance continuously. Currently PT X only focuses on the assessment of the financial aspects only because it has not had a performance measurement by management. This results in vision and mission
tending to be just a slogan, without being supported by proper strategic planning. This study aims to design and implement performance measurement system at PT X
with the company's vision and strategic mission. The method used in designing performance measurement system in this research is Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Performance measurement in this research is also supported by Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP)
method as a method to determine the weighting between perspectives, between strategic
objectives and between KPI in priority scale. The design of this performance measurement system, resulting in 16 strategic objectives and 24 indicators of performance measurement (KPI). Implementation of the
design in this study resulted in the performance value obtained from scoring Objective Matrix (OMAX) showed that the value of Current Performance Indicator that has been achieved PT X for the first half of 2017 is 6.53 which is at level 4-7 and if symbolized traffic light system classified as yellow. This indicates that PT X is in sufficient performance,
in other words the performance of PT X has not reached the target and still needs improvement in achieving the expected target.
