Abstract

Indonesia memiliki sekitar 17.000 pulau dimana sebagian besar merupakan pulau-pulau kecil dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur. Dengan kondisi geografis yang berupa kepulauan tersebut Indonesia hingga Tahun 2016 memiliki rasio elektrifikasi sebesar 79.4% yang mana merupakan terendah di Asia Tenggara. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan analisa teknis dan ekonomis perencanaan industri kapal pembangkit untuk pulau terpencil di Indonesia. Pertama, dilakukan analisa pasar kapal pembangkit listrik. Kemudian, dilakukan perencanaan desain produk kapal pembangkit listrik dan kapasitas pembangkit listrik yang diperlukan. Ketiga, dilakukan perencanaan pembangunan industri termasuk pemilihan lokasi industri, proses produksi, penentuan kapasitas produksi, penentuan peralatan dan fasilitas yang diperlukan dalam proses produksi. Terakhir, dilakukan analisa ekonomis dan kelayakan investasi meliputi analisa biaya investasi pembangunan industri yaitu sebesar Rp 107,080,051,750.00 berupa biaya pembelian tanah, pembangunan, pembelian peralatan dan mesin. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah industri ini layak dengan nilai Payback Period pada tahun ke 10. Nilai Net Present Value sebesar Rp 7,039,366,380.00. Nilai Internal Rate of Return sebesar 11.66 %.

Indonesia have about 17.000 island which is mostly small island with limited infrastructure. As an archipelago Indonesia has electricity ratio of 79.4% which is the lowest at South East Asia. The main purpose of this final project is to analyze technical and economic to build floating power plant industry in Indonesia. Firstly, market analysis was made by classifying some provinces with low electricity ratio. several province with low electrification ratio was identified. Secondly, design of floating power plant was conducted including main dimension and power plant capacity that required. Thirdly design of shipyard was made including shipyard location, production process, calculation of production capacity, tools and machines used in the production process. Finally, The economic and feasibility analysis was performed. Investment cost to develop this industry is about Rp 107,080,051,750.00. The result is this industry is feasible with a payback period is about 10 years. Net present value is about Rp 7,039,366,380.00. the value of internal rate of return is 11.66 %.
