Abstract

Jakarta-Cikampek highway in section II Elevated is a flyover connecting Jakarta to Cikampek along 38 km which is part of Trans Java Toll Road. This elevated highway has the same track as the existing toll road. The traffic volume of vehicles passing through this toll road has increased and already exceeded its limits, this is behind the development of Jakarta Cikampek II Elevated Toll Road. This toll road uses the balanced cantilever method by launching Gantry so that it will not interfere with ongoing vehicle traffic activities. In this final project, created a design of elevated bridge structure in Jakarta - Cikampek II toll road segmental concrete box girder. The toll road that will be discussed has a length of 45 meters with 2 lanes. Each lane has a width of 11 meters with a gap between lines of 80 cm. So, a total of elevated road width is 22.8 m. The design of this bridge structure is guided by several existing regulatory standards. For the loading of concrete bridge refers to SNI 1725-2016, the planning of concrete bridge structure is adjusted with RSNI T-12-2004 and reference book "Post-Tensioned Box Girder Design Manual" based on AASHTO LRFD consisting of several structural elements that is box girder. The structural analysis includes the analysis of girder box section ratios and prestressing detail design.
