Abstract

PO.X adalah perusahaan persewaan bus pariwisata yang berlokasi di Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan data perusahaan dan hasil observasi melalui wawancara, terjadi peningkatan turnover dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018. Adanya turnover ini dapat merugikan perusahaan dalam biaya maupun hilangnya waktu, kesempatan untuk memanfaatkan peluang, dan bertambahnya beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi turnover intention dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi turnover intention pengemudi bus. Metode yang digunakan adalah Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berdasarkan dari hasil observasi di PO.X, dan tiga pendekatan penelitian sebelumnya mengenai turnover intention. Kuisioner yang digunakan adalah Job Descriptive Index (JDI), dan Organizational Commitment (OCQ). Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap turnover intention adalah subjective job characteristics, dan Personal organizational-Fit. Sedangkan pembagian jadwal kerja berpengaruh terhadap objective job characteristics, dan compensation berpengaruh terhadap job statisfication, dan organizational commitment. Dari hasil diskusi Focus Group Discussion, maka diperoleh rekomendasi untuk mengatasi turnover intention, yaitu melakukan perbaikan berkelanjutan secara internal, dan memberi apresiasi kepada kinerja pengemudi.

PO.X is a tourism bus rental company located in Sidoarjo. Based on company data and observations through interviews, there was an increase in
turnover from 2014 to 2018. The existence of this turnover could harm the company in costs and loss of time, opportunities to take advantage of opportunities, and increase workload. This study aims to obtain factors that influence turnover intention and provide recommendations to reduce the turnover
of bus driver intentions. The method used is Generalized Structured Component Analysis (GSCA). The variables used in the study are based on the results of observations in PO.X, and three previous research approaches regarding turnover intention. The questionnaires used were Job Descriptive Index (JDI), and Organizational Commitment (OCQ). The hypothesis test results obtained variables that have an influence on intention turnover are subjective job characteristics, and organizational-Fit Personal. While the division of work schedules has an effect on objective job characteristics, and compensation has an effect on job statisfication, and organizational commitment. From the results of the Focus Group Discussion discussion, recommendations were obtained for overcoming turnover intention, namely making continuous improvements internally, and giving appreciation to driver performance.
