Abstract
Dalam proyek konstruksi, alat berat memegang peranan
penting,terutama untuk proyek konstruksi denganskala besar.
Pada pekerjaan di wilayah ini dibutuhkan alat berat, sehingga
hasil yang di harapkan dapat tercapai dengan lebih mudah.
Kesalahan dalam pemilihan alat dapat menyebabkan waktu dan
biaya yang dikeluarkan terbuang dengan percuma. Alat berat
yang akan digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini, berhubungan erat
dengan pekerjaan tanah. Pekerjaan ini merupakan hal yang
sangat penting dan terkadang merupakan bagian terbesar dari
seluruh pekerjaan suatu proses pembangunan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merencanakan kebutuhan
pemakaian alat berat pada pekerjaan tanah meliputi analisa
produktifitas alat berat, jumlah dan tipe alat berat yang
digunakan, biaya yang dibutuhkan dan penjadwalan pemakaian
alat berat. Dalam perhitungan ini digunakan metode yang
mengacu pada perhitungan Pemindahan Tanah Mekanis (PTM.)
.Analisa kombinasialat berat dilakukan untuk mendapatkan
biaya, dan idle time yang paling efsien.
Dari hasil analisa yang direncanakan, didapatkan
beberapa tipe alat berat yang digunakan dalam proyek ini antara
lain adalah : 1 unit Bulldozer tipe D-41 P-3; 1 unit Bulldozer tipe
D70- LE; 1 unit Vibration Roller tipe JV 100 A-1; 21 unit Dump
Truck 18 ton ; 1 unit Motor Grader tipe GD 31-3H; 2 unit
Excavator tipe PC - 200. Besarnya biaya sewa penggunaan alat

pada proyek tersebut adalah Rp 3.335.468.125,00 dengan total
waktu penyelesaian selama 391 hari kalender. =========== The construction project, heavy equipment hold a crucial
role, especially in construction projects in a large scale.The work
in this area, we need a heavy instrument results in the hope that
we can achieve more easily.Elections can lead to mistakes the
time, and cost incurred been in vain.Heavy equipment will be
used in the end it, closely related to the ground.Work is a very
important and sometimes it is the largest of all the work of the
development process.
The study is done to plan for discharging heavy
equipment on work productivity ground covering the machines,
the amount and type of heavy equipments used, fund and
scheduling discharging heavy equipment.calculations used in this
method based on the calculation of mechanical ( ptm. ), the heavy
equipments performed to obtain fees, And idle time most efsien.
From the draft calculation, it condudes some of heavy
equipment which is used on this project such as 1 units Bulldozer
type D-41 P-3; 1 units Bulldozer type D70- LE 3; 1 units
Vibration Rollers type JV 100 A-1; 1 unit Motor Grader tipe GD
31-3H; 21 units Dump Truck 18 ton; 2 unit Excavator tipe PC -
200 . The rent cost of all those heavy equipment in that project is
amount Rp. 3.335.468.125,00 with total period is 391 days.
