Abstract

Salah satu polutan berbahaya yang memberikan sumbangsih
besar dalam pencemaran udara adalah karbon monoksida (CO).
Pengukuran konsentrasi CO di udara dilakukan melalui suatu proses
panjang menurut Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), sehingga tidak
semua wilayah di Surabaya dapat dilakukan pengukuran terhadap
polutan tersebut. Oleh karena itu dilakukan estimasi konsentrasi
CO dengan universal kriging. Estimasi CO didapatkan dengan
semivariogram teoritis Exponential, karena nilai MSE model
Exponential lebih kecil daripada model Spherical dan Gussian. Nilai
estimasi CO yang dihasilkan bervariasi antara range 6.92 ppm sampai
15.19 ppm yang terbagi ke dalam 5 kelas. Estimasi CO dominan
berkisar antara 10.02 ppm sampai 11.87 ppm. Konsentrasi CO
terkecil berada di Perempatan Jl Tropodo-Jl Bandara Djuanda sebesar
6.92 ppm. Konsentrasi CO terbesar berada di Sukomanunggal di
Jalan Sukomanunggal sebesar 15.19 ppm. Estimasi konsentrasi CO
yang dihasilkan mempunyai nilai yang beragam dengan varians
estimasi CO sebesar 4.8. Estimasi CO dengan metode universal kriging
lebih baik daripada metode ordinary kriging dengan kriteria nilai MSE
hasil estimasi yang lebih kecil yaitu 1.52 dibanding 2.18 pada ordinary
kriging. Selain itu hasil estimasi dengan universal kriging lebih
beragam dengan varians estimasi sebesar 4.89 dan range estimasi
sebesar 8.27 sedangkan ketika menggunakan ordinary kriging varians
estimasi hanya sebesar 2.41 dan range estimasi sebesar5.66.

One of the pollutants that has major contribute to air
pollution is CO. Measuring the exact concentrations of CO in the air
requires a long process, according to Indonesian National Standard
(SNI), therefore not all of the areas in Surabaya can be measured
directly. One way to stimate the concentration of CO in area is to use
universal kriging. CO concentration is estimated using the Exponential
theoretical semivariogram, because the MSE of Exponential models are
smaller than the MSE of Sherical and Gaussian model. The resulting
CO estimation value is varied between 6.92 ppm to 15.19 ppm and is
divided to 5 class. The dominant CO estimation value is between 10.02
ppm to 11.87 ppm. The lowest CO concentration is in Cross Tropodo
street-Bandara Djuanda street with a value of 6.92 ppm. The highest CO
concentration is in Sukomanunggal at Sukomanunggal street with a
value of 15.19 ppm. The resulting CO estimation value is varied with an
estimated variance of 4.89. CO estimation using universal kriging
method in this case is proven to be better than CO estimation using
ordinary kriging method. It is shown that universal kriging has the
lower MSE estimation with a value of 1.52 than ordinary kriging has the
MSE estimation with a value of 2.18. besides that, universal kriging has
the highest estimad variance and range with a value of 4.89 and a value
of 8.27. meanwhile ordinary kriging just has estimated variance and
range with a value of 2.41 and a value of 5.66.
