Abstract

Perilaku tidak aman dari pekerja merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Industri konstruksi menjadi penyumbang angka kecelakaan kerja terbesar di dunia. Penelitian terdahulu telah dilakukan dalam upaya meminimasi kecelakaan kerja pada industri konstruksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari interaksi pekerja terhadap perilaku tidak aman pekerja itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan interaksi antar pelaksana konstruksi dan mensimulasikan model tersebut. Hasil simulasi bertujuan untuk mengurangi /meminimasi terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Permodelan simulasi menggunakan metode agent-based. Terdapat 3 agen yang digunakan pada simulasi ini, yaitu agen worker (tukang), supervisor (pengawas) dan manajer. Hubungan interaksi antar agen-agen di dapatkan dari studi literatur. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan menggunakan 6 skenario dari pihak worker (pekerja) yaitu (1) safety awareness ; (2) safety knowledge; (3) attitude; (4) fatigue state; (5) subjective norm dan (6) perceived behavioural control. Untuk validasi model, salah satu gedung proyek bertingkat di Surabaya dijadikan sebagai studi kasus. Permodelan dibuat menggunakan bantuan program simulasi NetLogo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan mampu memberikan akurasi sebesar 88,49%. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa safety awareness merupakan faktor yang paling penting untuk mengurangi perilaku tidak aman dari pekerja.

Unsafe behavior of workers is the main cause of workplace accidents. The construction industry is the biggest contributor to the number of occupational accidents in the world. Previous research has been carried out in an effort to minimize work accidents in the construction industry. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of worker interactions on workers' unsafe behavior. This study aims to model the interaction between the implementers of construction and simulate the model. Simulation results aim to reduce / minimize the occurrence of work accidents. Simulation modeling uses an agent-based method. There are 3 agents used in this simulation, namely agent workers (supervisors), supervisors (supervisors) and managers. Relationship interactions between agents were obtained from literature studies. Simulations are carried out using 6 scenarios from workers (workers), namely (1) safety awareness; (2) safety knowledge; (3) attitude; (4) fatigue state; (5) subjective norms and (6) perceived behavioral control. For model validation, one of the multilevel project buildings in Surabaya was used as a case study. The modeling was made using the help of the NetLogo simulation program. The results showed that the proposed model was able to provide an accuracy of 81.75%. Simulation results show that safety awareness is the most important factor to reduce unsafe behavior of workers.
