Abstract

Perencanaan merupakan bagian yang penting dalam sebuah proyek. Penelitian mengenai perencanaan proyek banyak dilakukan, dua penelitian evaluasi proyek yang terbaru adalah evaluasi proyek dengan mempertimbangkan biaya, waktu, kualitas dan sumber daya dengan ketidakpastian, dan penelitian mengenai crashing pada perencanaan proyek dengan mempertimbangkan biaya, waktu dan kualitas. Dari dua penelitian tersebut, terdapat peluang untuk mengembangkan sebuah model optimasi project reliability dengan mempertimbangkan waktu, biaya, kualitas dan sumber daya dengan ketidakpastian. Model tersebut dikembangkan untuk dapat melakukan optimasi kepada nilai project reliability yang berada dibawah target. Model dimulai dengan melakukan Simulasi Monte Carlo untuk mendapatkan nilai project reliability awal. Kemudian dilakukan pembentukan alternatif perbaikan dan dilakukan pemilihan kombinasi dari beberapa alternative untuk dapat mengoptimalkan nilai project reliability menggunakan metode Genetic Algorithm yang dikombinasikan dengan Simulasi Monte Carlo. Penelitian menghasilkan sebuah framework model optimasi project reliability. Model diimplementasikan pada sebuah kasus job order dan didapatkan hasil peningkatan nilai project reliability sebesar 30.25%.

Planning is an important part of a project. There are many researchs that is conducted regarding project planning, two of the most recent project evaluation research is project evaluation by considering costs, time, quality and resources with uncertainty, and research on crashing in project planning by considering costs, time and quality. From those two researchs, there is an opportunity to develop an optimization model of project reliability by considering time, cost, quality, and resources with uncertainty. The model is developed to optimize the value of project reliability that is below the target. The model starts with Monte Carlo simulation to obtain the initial value of project reliability. Then, the alternatives of improvement are identified and a combination of several alternatives are choosen to optimize the value of project reliability by using the genetic algorithm method that is combined with Monte Carlo simulation. The research produces a framework of optimization model for project reliability. The model is implemented in a real case of a job order and the result of implementation indicate that there is 30,25% increase in the value of the project reliability.
