Abstract

Permasalahan dalam dunia konstruksi sebagian besar berkaitan dengan manajemen konstruksi dibanding dengan permasalahan teknis di lapangan. Salah satu yang menjadi cara untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan cara manajemen site layout. Manajemen site layout yang optimal dapat menangani permasalahan tersebut secara signifikan. Perencanaan site layout yang baik akan berpengaruh terhadap mobilisasi materialnya. Pada proyek pembangunan Jembatan Pulau Balang II ini, beberapa site facilities dengan fungsi yang penting dalam mobilisasi material ditempatkan jauh dari lokasi instalasi dan konstruksi. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perencanaan ulang terhadap kondisi existing berdasarkan volume pekerjaan untuk mendapatkan nilai Traveling Distance (TD) yang paling minimal serta bentuk site layout yang paling optimal. Angka TD pada site layout existing proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Pulau Balang II di Pulau Balang adalah sebesar 5.805.112 meter dan di Pulau Tempadung sebesar 6.159.798 meter. Dari hasil analisis terhadap alternatif site layout, didapatkan nilai TD paling minimal untuk site layout alternatif Pulau Balang adalah 5.172.375 meter dan untuk site layout alternatif Pulau Tempadung adalah 3.102.568 meter. TD site layout alternatif Pulau Balang lebih optimal 10,90 % dibanding site layout existing Pulau Balang dan TD site layout alternatif Pulau Tempadung lebih optimal 49,63 % dibanding site layout existing Pulau Tempadung. Pada site layout Pulau Balang alternatif 622 terdapat 6 site facilities yang dipindahkan dengan perbedaan TD signifikan terdapat pada pemosisian fabrikasi besi dan batching plant mendekati area konstruksi abutment, pilar pendukung dan pylon. Sedangkan pada site layout Pulau Tempadung alternatif 207 terdapat 5 site facilities yang dipindahkan dengan perbedaan TD signifikan terdapat pada pemosisian batching plant yang mendekati area konstruksi abutment, pilar pendukung dan pylon serta pemosisian fabrikasi besi mendekati area stock pile dan area konstruksi.Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk site layout paling optimal untuk proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Pulau Balang II adalah Pulau Balang alternatif 622 dan Pulau Tempadung alternatif 207.

Most of problems that occur in construction field are related to its management instead of technical problems in the field. One way to tackle this problem is that engineer should make an optimal site layout so it would give a good effect to materials mobilization. In The Project of Balang Island II Bridge Construction, some site facilities that have important functions in materials mobilization are placed far away from location of installation and construction. Therefore, it needs to be re-planning based on existing conditions by calculate work volume to get the least value of Travelling Distance (TD) and also the most optimal site layout. Looking at the existing site layout of Balang Island II Bridge Construction Project closely, it can be seen that the travelling distance in Balang Island is 5,805,112 meter and in Tempadung Island about 6,159,798 meter. Subsequently by analysing site layout alternative, the minimum Travelling Distance number for Balang Island’s alternative site layout and Tempadung Island’s are 5,172,375 meter and 3,102,568 meter consecutively. By comparing between existing site layout and the alternative one, Balang Island’s alternative site layout is more optimal around 10.90% than it’s existing site layout and in addition, the alternative site layout of Tempadung Island is more optimal about 49.63% compared to the existing site layout of Tempadung Island. From Balang Island’s alternative site layout number 622, there are 6 site facilities that has been moved with significant different Travelling Distance number found in the positioning of iron fabrication and batching plant approaching the abutment construction area, supporting pillars and pylon. Whereas on Tempadung Island’s alternative site layout number 207 there are 5 site facilities that has been moved with significant different Travelling Distance number found in the positioning of the batching plant which approached the abutment construction area, supporting pillars and pylon. Additionally, positioning of iron fabrication is near the stock pile area and construction area. In conclusion, the most optimal site layout for the Balang Island II Bridge Construction project are the Balang Island’s alternative site layout number 622 and Tempadung Island’s alternative number 207.
