Abstract
Industri pariwisata di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan setiap tahun, dimana juga memicu bisnis perhotelan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh information quality, presentation format, review, dan price terhadap minat beli konsumen pada hotel bintang dua di Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner secara offline yang disebarkan kepada 155 sampel yang memiliki kriteria responden yang pernah menginap di hotel bintang dua di Surabaya, pernah menginap di salah satu hotel yang disebutkan. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan dari information quality pada purchase intention. Variabel yang lain berupa presentation format, review, dan price tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Terdapat implikasi manajerial yang dapat diaplikasikan oleh pihak hotel dengan memerhatikan karateristik dan perilaku konsumen, antara lain mendeseain website dengan memberikan pesan yang jelas dan menarik. Implikasi tersebut nantinya diharapkan akan meningkatkan pengetahuan konsumen yang nantinya dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya niat beli.

Tourism industry in Indonesia continues to develop every year in which also triggers in the hospitality business. The aim of this reaeqrch is to analyze the effect of information quality, presentation format, review, and price on consumer buying interest in two-star hotels in Surabaya. The Data collection was collected by distributing offline questionnaire to 155 samples. The criteria for the respondents are everyone who had stayed at a two-star hotel in Surabaya and had stayed at one of the hotels mentioned in the quisionbare. The result of this study found a significant positive effect of information quality on purchase intention. Other variables in the form of presentation format, review, and price have no significant effect on purchase intention. There are managerial implications that can be applied by the hotel in paying attention to the characteristics and the behavior of the consumers, including designing websites by providing clear and interesting messages. These implications will be expected to increase consumer knowledge which later can have an impact on increased purchase intention.
