Abstract

Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Medika Sentral Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya terletak di jalan Undaan Kulon No 17-19 Peneleh, Genteng , Kota Surabaya, merupakan proyek yang dimiliki oleh Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya. Gedung ini memiliki luasan total ±1530 m2 dan terdiri dari 6 lantai dan 1 lantai Atap. Dalam tugas akhir ini hanya meninjau struktur lantai 2 sampai 5. Proyek pembangunan Gedung ini dikerjakan oleh PT. Citra Mandiri Cipta. Dalam melakukan perhitungan analisa biaya dan waktu pada pembangunan proyek ini dilakukan dengan didasarkan pada penyusunan metode pelaksanaan yang efektif dan efisien sesuai teori dan ilmu dari berbagai referensi yang disebutkan dalam kepustakaan. Sehingga dengan penyusunan metode pelaksanaan yang efektif dan efisien maka waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi akan sesuai dengan penetapan jadwal yang telah ditentukan atau dapat lebih cepat. Untuk biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan peraturan dan harga yang berlaku di kota Surabaya. Pada hasil akhir perhitungan biaya dan waktu pada proyek ini disusun dengan memadukan hasil dari network planning dan penjadwalan yang dibantu dengan software Microsoft Project sehingga dapat menghasilkan Kurva S dengan total 92 hari dan total biaya sebesar Rp9.555.839.844

The Construction Project for the Central Medika Building, Undaan Eye Hospital, Surabaya, is located on Undaan Kulon Street Number 17-19 Peneleh, Genteng, Surabaya City, is a project owned by the Surabaya Eye Hospital This building has a total area of ± 1530 m2 and consists of 6 floors and 1 roof floor. In this final project, only reviewing the structure of floors 2 to 5. The building project of this building was done by PT. Citra Mandiri Cipta. In calculating the cost and time analysis on the construction of the project, it is carried out based on the preparation of effective and efficient implementation methods according to the theory and science of the various references mentioned in the literature. So that with the preparation of effective and efficient implementation methods, the timing of the construction work will be in accordance with the predetermined schedule or can be faster. For implementation costs, use regulations and prices that apply in the city of Surabaya. The final results of the cost and time calculation on this project are compiled by combining the results of network planning and scheduling which are assisted by Microsoft Project software so that it can produce an S Curve for a total of 92 days and a total cost of Rp9.555.839.844
