Abstract

Bangunan gedung Tower Olive Grand Dharmahusada lagoon adalah bangunan 42 lantai dengan luas ± 2.102,88 m2. Proyek akhir ini akan melakukan perencanaan pelaksanaan pekerjaan struktur dengan objek pembangunan Tower Olive Grand Dharmahusada lagoon-Surabaya dari lantai satu hingga lantai empat, sampai mendapat hasil akhir berupa waktu dan biaya sesuai dengan metode yang direncanakan. Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan menggunakan sumber referensi utama dari Ir. A. Soedrajat s, Analisa (cara modern) Anggaran Biaya Pelaksanaan, Penerbit “Nova”, Bandung dan referensi tentang alat berat. Perhitungan volume pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan gambar pelaksanaan yang ada dan berdasarkan analisa. Sedangkan untuk produktivitas dan kebutuhan sumber daya setiap pekerjaan dihitung berdasarkan referensi yang digunakan sehingga didapatkan waktu dan jumlah biaya yang diperlukan dari pelaksanaan pembangunan pada obyek studi. Pada perhitungan Rencana Anggaran Biaya bekisting yang digunakan yaitu Steel Formwork. Hasil durasi dan produktivitas tiap pekerjaan yang dihitung sebelumnya dapat dijadikan input pada aplikasi software MS Project 2013 untuk membantu dalam merencanakan penjadwalan pelaksanaan proyek beserta dengan metode pelaksanaannya. Dari perencanaan yang telah disusun didapatkan hasil durasi pelaksanaan proyek tersebut adalah 93 hari dengan total biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 1.251.768.760

The Olive Tower of Grand Dharmahusada lagoon building is a 42 storey building with an area of ± 2,102.88 m2. This final project will carry out the planning of the implementation of structural work with the object of construction of the Olive Grand Dharmahusada lagoon-Surabaya Tower from the first floor to the fourth floor, until it gets the final result in the form of time and cost according to the planned method.
Calculation of time and implementation costs uses the main reference source from Ir. A. Soedrajat s, Analysis (modern way) Implementation Cost Budget, "Nova" Publisher, Bandung and references on heavy equipment. Calculation of work volume is calculated based on the existing implementation image and based on analysis. While for productivity and resource needs, each job is calculated based on the references used so that the time and amount of costs required from the implementation of the development in the object of study is obtained. On the calculation of the Formwork Cost Budget Plan used is Steel Formwork
The results of duration and productivity of each previously calculated job can be used as input to the MS Project 2013 software application to assist in planning the scheduling of project implementation along with the method of implementation. From the prepared plan, the results of the duration of the project are 93 days with a total implementation cost of Rp. 1,251,768,760
