Abstract

Fixed jacket platform merupakan struktur rangka yang terbuat dari baja silinder berongga dan disatukan dengan pengelasan serta berfungsi untuk menyangga beban operasi diatas platform. Struktur lepas pantai rentan terkena korosi terutama struktur yang telah beroperasi melebihi umur desainnya. AW Platform merupakan fasilitas produksi minyak yang beroperasi sejak tahun 1977 di oil field West Madura. Korosi mengakibatkan kekuatan struktur berkurang maka perlu dilakukan penanganan khusus. Kekuatan struktur yang berkurang dapat diatasi dengan Strengthening, Modification, dan Repair (SMR). SMR terdiri dari beberapa teknik seperti member removal, weld improvement, grout filling, dll. Grout filling mampu mengembalikan kekuatan member yang hilang akibat korosi. Kekuatan member yang mengalami perbaikan menggunakan grout filling perlu ditinjau kembali. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan analisis lokal ultimate strength terhadap horizontal brace terkorosi AW platform yang diperbaiki dengan teknik grout filling. Analisis ultimate strength dilakukan dengan increment load berdasarkan analisis pushover AW platform. Hasil dari analisis didapatkan kapasitas beban maksimum horizontal brace terkorosi sebesar 2240.20 kN dan setelah dilakukan grout filling sebesar 5839.88 kN. Sehingga metode grout filling dapat meningkatkan kapasitas beban maksimum horizontal brace A1-A2 terkorosi sebesar 2.6 kali.=============================================================================================================Fixed jacket platform is frame structure which made of hollow cylindrical steel and put together with welding and also serves to support the operating load on the platform. Offshore structure susceptible to corrosion especially structures that excedeed their design life. AW Platform is an oil production facility operating since 1977 in the West Madura oil field. Corrosion can cause reduction in structural strength so specific treatment is needed. Reduction of structural strength can be overcome by Strengthening, Modification, and Repair (SMR). SMR consist of several technique such as member removal, weld improvement, grout filling, etc. Grout filling is able to restore the strength of members lost due to corrosion. The strength of members which have repaired by grout filling needs to be reviewed. In this study, local ultimate strength analysis of the corroded horizontal brace of the AW platform which is repaired by grout filling will be carried out. Ultimate strength analysis is performed by increment load based on pushover analysis of AW platform. The result of the ultimate strength analysis is maximum load capacity corroded horizontal brace is 2240.20 kN and after it had repaired by grout filling method is 5839.88 kN. So that grout filling method could increase maximum load capacity of corroded horizontal brace A1-A2 up to 2.6 times.
