Abstract

Proyek Jembatan Sembayat Baru memiliki 6 bentang dengan panjang total 354,350 meter, dengan panjang setiap bentang kurang lebih 50 meter. Proyek ini berada di Kecamatan Bungah, Gresik. Proyek Jembatan Sembayat Baru II dikerjakan oleh PT. Brantas Abipraya sebagai kontraktor dan PT. Wahana Mitra Amerta sebagai konsultan. Proyek Jembatan Sembayat Baru II merupakan proyek konstruksi yang menggunakan struktur beton dengan struktur utama berupa beton U-Girder prategang mutu K-500. Proyek ini dilaksanakan dengan dua metode, yaitu precast dan pengecoran di tempat, yang terdiri dari pekerjaan pendahuluan, pekerjaan pondasi, pekerjaan pier, pekerjaan abutment, pekerjaan girder, dan pekerjaan pelat lantai kendaraan. Untuk perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan dianalisis terlebih dahulu sesuai dengan standar harga Kota Surabaya serta harga berdasarkan brosur perusahaan alat berat dan material. Dalam menentukan biaya dilakukan analisa antara literatur yang digunakan maupun peraturan yang berlaku untuk memperoleh kesesuaian dengan kondisi pelaksanaan di lapangan. Sedangkan pada perhitungan waktu pelaksanaan dilakukan analisa mulai dari kapasitas produksi, produktivitas, durasi, koefisien, harga satuan pekerjaan, hingga penyusunan jadwal setiap pekerjaan, yang dilakukan dengan metode PDM menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Project. Berdasarkan hasil analisa diperoleh rencana anggaran biaya pelaksanaan untuk struktur beton pada proyek ini sebesar Rp39.862.091.240,52 (Tiga Puluh Sembilan Miliar Delapan Ratus Enam Puluh Dua Juta Sembilan Puluh Satu Ribu Dua Ratus Empat Puluh Rupiah) dengan waktu pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek selama 542 hari kerja.

New Sembayat Bridge II Project has 6 spans with a total length of 354350 meters, with each span having a length of approximately 50 meters. This project is located in Bungah District, Gresik. The New Sembayat Bridge II Project was carried out by PT. BRANTAS ABIPRAYA as the contractor and PT. WAHANA MITRA AMERTA as the consultant. The Sembayat Baru II Bridge Project is a construction project using a concrete structure with the main structure consisting of prestressed K-500 U-girders. This project was carried out using two methods, namely precast and casting in place, consisting of preliminary work, foundation work, pier work, abutment work, girder work, and vehicle floor slab work. The calculation of the implementation budget plan was analyzed based on the Surabaya city price standards as well as the prices from heavy equipment and material company brochures. In determining the cost, an analysis was conducted between the literature used and the applicable regulations (HSPK 2016) to obtain conformity with the field implementation conditions. Meanwhile, the calculation of the implementation time was carried out through analysis of production capacity, productivity, duration, coefficient, work unit price, and scheduling of each activity using the PDM method with Microsoft Project as a supporting tool. Based on the analysis results, the implementation budget plan for the concrete structure of this project was obtained at 39.862.091.240,52 (Thirty Nine Billion Eight Hundred Sixty Two Million Ninety One Thousand Two Hundred Forty Rupiah) with a project construction duration of 542 working days.
