Abstract

Demolisi perlu menjadi perhatian khusus karena proses perencanaannya kompleks dan memiliki risiko tinggi. Dalam pengambilan keputusan, praktisi dihadapkan dengan berbagai kondisi yang mempengaruhi pemilihan metode demolisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pemilihan metode demolisi bangunan yang optimal sesuai karakteristik bangunan. Identifikasi kriteria dilakukan dengan literature review dan interview kepada praktisi yang pernah melakukan demolisi di Indonesia. Lima kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karakteristik struktur, kondisi lapangan, biaya, pengalaman sebelumnya dan waktu. Selanjutnya, membuat keputusan metode demolisi yang optimum menggunakan Multiclass dan Multilabel Classification. Untuk validasi model, 5 bangunan gedung bertingkat di Indonesia yang pernah didemolisi dijadikan sebagai implementasi model. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa model yang diusulkan mampu melakukan pengambilan keputusan pemilihan metode demolisi dengan ketepatan 87%. Selain mampu memberikan keputusan metode demolisi yang paling optimum, model ini juga bisa memberikan dampak yang mungkin terjadi dari metode demolisi terpilih.

Demolition needs special attention because the planning process is complex and has a high risk. In decision making, practitioners are faced with various conditions that influence the choice of demolition methods. This study aims to develop an optimal model for building demolition methods according to building characteristics. Identification of criteria is carried out with literature review and interviews with practitioners who have carried out demolition in Indonesia. The five criteria used in this study are structural characteristics, field conditions, costs, previous experience and time. Next, make a decision on the optimum demolition method using Multiclass and Multilabel Classification. For model validation, 5 high-rise buildings in Indonesia that were demolished were used as model implementations. The simulation results show that the proposed model is able to make decisions on the selection of demolition methods with an accuracy of 87%. In addition to being able to give the most optimum decision on demolition methods, this model can also have an impact that might occur from the selected demolition method.
