Abstract
Jurusan Teknik Sipil Institut Teknologi Sepuluh
Nopember (ITS) merupakan salah satu jurusan dengan jumlah
mahasiswa pengguna kendaraan bermotor yang jumlahnya cukup
banyak. Jumlah kendaraan parkir pada lahan parkir pada jurusan
tersebut sering melebihi kapasitas lahan parkir yang tersedia,
karena tingkat mobilitas yang tinggi dan jumlah pengguna
kendaraan yang besar. Sehingga diperlukan analisis ruang parkir
untuk mendapatkan alternatif penyediaan fasilitas parkir yang
dapat menampung kendaraan bermotor. Pengerjaan tugas akhir
ini mengikuti metodologi survei pendahuluan dan metodologi
analisis data. Data-data yang dibutuhkan dalam analisa parkir
pada tugas akhir ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data
primer terdiri dari data survei kendaraan bermotor, dan data
survei wawancara pengendara kendaraan bermotor yang parkir
pada Jurusan Teknik Sipil. Sedangkan data sekunder terdiri dari
jadwal perkuliahan mahasiswa, data jumlah mahasiswa, data
jumlah dosen dan data jumlah karyawan. Analisis parkir pada
kondisi eksisting di lahan parkir Jurusan Teknik Sipil ITS dengan
jumlah SRP mobil 70 SRP (ditambah dengan ruang manuver
trailer yang tidak terpakai), 59 SRP (tanpa ditambah ruang
manuver) dan 366 SRP untuk SRP sepeda motor tidak dapat
menampung kendaraan yang terus berdatangan dan hendak parkir
setelah parkir penuh. Dari hasil perhitungan maka dapat
dilakukan pemberian alternatif penyediaan fasilitas parkir pada untuk menampung kendaraan yang tidak dapat ditampung pada lahan parkir Jurusan Teknik Sipil yaitu dengan menjadikan sistem parkir dengan parkir bertingkat. Dengan sistem parkir bertingkat, maka dapat menghemat lahan karena kendaraan bermotor dapat
diparkir pada bangunan bertingkat. ========== Department of Civil Engineering Institute of Technology
(ITS) is one of the majors with a number of student users of
motor vehicles which is quite a lot. The number of vehicles
parked at a parking lot in the majors often exceeds the capacity of
parking space available caused by the high mobility of the vehicle
users and the large number of parked vehicle. So that the required
parking spaces analysis on the campus parking lot, to get an
alternative provision of parking facilities so it can giving more
space for parked vehicle. This final project will be done with the
systematic work methodology so the process will be more simple.
The data needed in the parking analysis in this thesis is the
primary data consists of survey data of motor vehicles, interview
and survey data motorists who park on campus in Civil
Engineering. Having obtained the results of the analysis of
parking with SRP of car is 70 (adding with trailer parking area),
59 SRP (without additional of trailer parking area) and 366 SRP
for motorcycle. So then from the results of analysis, it can be
given such alternative to make new system of parking in Civil
Engineering Department. Parking analisys on the existing
condition shows that with the car parking capacity is 70 SRP
(with unused trailer manuver room), 59 SRP (without manuver
room), and 366 SRP for motorcycle cannot contain for the
upcoming vehicle after the parking land is full. From the analisys, we can make an alternative for
additional parking place to receive the uncontained vehicle in
parking field in Civil Engineering, by changing the parking
system into multi-story park. With this system, we can make
more efficient the parking field, because the vehicle can be
parked in the parking building.
