Abstract

Saluran Sungai Kendal merupakan sungai yang melintasi Perumahan Dian Istana yang berada di wilayah Surabaya Barat. Sungai ini melewati Perumahan Dian Istana tidak hanya mendapatkan air limpasan dari Perumahan Dian istana saja, melainkan mendapatkan air limpasan dari perumahan Graha Family dan Perumahan Golf Family. Debit yang masuk ke Perumahan Dian Istana sebesar 19.02 m3/dtk. Hal ini menyebabkan Prrumahan Dian Istana selalu tergenang banjir ketika hujan karena debit yang masuk tersebut dan debit dari perumahan Dian Istana sendiri. Banjir tersebut diduga disebabkan buruknya sistem drainase yang ada ditambah dengan hanya ada satu saluran pembuang yaitu Sungai Kendal. Banjir yang menggenang di Perumakan Dian Istana cukup besar yaitu 10.783 m3/dtk. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem drainase Sungai Kendal dibutuhkan 1 pompa dengan daya PK pada rencana Long Storage berupa Box Culvert dengan Kapasitas Tampungan 11.200 m3/dtk dengan dimensi saluran, lebar 7 m dan tinggi 2 m sepanjang 800 m untuk mengurangi banjir di Perumahan tersebut. Perencanaan Long Storage tersebut di tempatkan pada salah satu jalan akses masuk Perumahan Dian Istana berupa Box Culvert.

Kendal River is a river that crosses the Dian Istana housing complex in the West Surabaya area. This river passes through Dian Istana housing not only to get runoff water from Dian palace housing, but also to get runoff water from the Graha Family housing and Golf Family Housing. Debit coming into Dian Istana Housing is 19.02 m3 / sec. This causes Prrumahan Dian Istana to be flooded when it rains because of the incoming debit and the discharge from Dian Istana's own housing. The flood is thought to be caused by the poor drainage sistem coupled with only one drainage channel, the Kendal River. Floods that pooled in Perumakan Dian Istana are quite large, namely 10,783 m3 / s. To improve the performance of the Kendal River drainage sistem, one pump with PK power is needed in the Long Storage plan in the form of a Box Culvert with a Capacity of 11,200 m3 / sec with channel dimensions, width of 7 m and height of 2 m along 800 m to reduce flooding in the Housing. The Long Storage Planning is placed on one of the access entrances to the Dian Istana housing in the form of a Box Culvert.
