Abstract

Beton geopolimer adalah sebuah senyawa silikat alumino anorganik yang disintesiskan dari bahan-bahan produk sampingan yang mengandung banyak silicon dan alumunium. Pada penelitian ini akan dibuat pasta dengan menggunakan material dasar lusi (lumpur sidoarjo), dan metakaolin dari Bangka Belitung. Molaritas NaOH yang digunakan adalah NaOH 8 M dan 10 M. Tambahan silika yang digunakan adalah Na2SiO3, dengan perbandingan Na2SiO3 dan NaOH dijaga konstan sebesar 2 dan 2,5. Pengujian yang akan dilakukan adalah analisa kuat tekan pada variasi pasta umur 3,7,14,21 dan 28 hari. Selain itu, pasta umur 28 hari akan dianalisa kuat tekan setelah bakar dengan suhu 400℃ selama 30 menit. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan kuat tekan tertinggi pada umur 28 hari adalah pasta dengan alkali NaOH 10 molar : Na2SiO3 = 2.5, binder metakaolin 50% dan lusi 50% (P 10-2.5-50) sebesar 82.81 MPa. Dari hasil analisa, diketahui bahwa ada kecenderungan kuat tekan pasta masih meningkat setelah umur 28 hari. Untuk kuat tekan setelah bakar, didapatkan bahwa pasta dengan alkali NaOH 10 molar : Na2SiO3 = 2.5, binder metakaolin 25% dan lusi 75% (P 10-2.5-25) kuat tekan sisa mencapai 42.37%. Dimana kuat tekan sebelum bakar 75.12 MPa dan sesudah bakar 31.83 Mpa

Geopolymer concrete is an organic aluminum silicate compound that is synthesized from waste materials which is much of silicon and aluminum. In this research, the paste was made by sidoarjo mud mixed with metakaolin from Bangka Belitung. Molarity of NaOH was 8 M and 10 M. An additional silica (Na2SiO3), was usud with the rasio of Na2SiO3 to NaOH was kept constant at 2 and 2.5. The compressive strength paste was analysed for paste at 3, 7 ,14, 21, and 28 days. Paste at 28 days was analiysed for compressive strength. Reminding strength was analysed after the paste were exposed to fire at 400℃ for 30 minutes. The results showed that the highest compressive strength of 82.81 MPa at 28 days was a paste with concentration of the ratio of alkaline NaOH 10 molar to Na2SiO3 was 2, and the binders containing 50% metakaolin and 50% lusi (P 10-2.5-50) up to. It is clear that there was a strong tendency of compressive strength pasta still increased after 28 days. The results of compressive strength after burned showed that a paste with concentration of the ratio of alkaline NaOH 8 molar to Na2SiO3 was 2, and the binders containing 50% metakaolin and 50% lusi (P 10-2.5-50) has residual compressive strength up to 42.37%. Where compressive strength before burned was 75.12 MPa and compressive strength after burned was 31.83 MPa.
