Abstract
Kondisi tenaga keperawatan di Indonesia sedang mengalami kekurangan jumlah perawat. Selaras dengan itu, keadaan RSU Haji Surabaya juga sedang mengalami kekurangan pegawai yang didominasi oleh kurangnya jumlah perawat ditambah adanya kenaikan turnover perawat yang signifikan di tahun 2019. Berdasarkan hasil obeservasi dan interview ditemukan adanya indikasi bahwa perawat mengalami burnout yang dipicu work life interference dan nurse work environment. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara work life interference dan nurse work environment, burnout dan turnover intention. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online kepada perawat rawat inap yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan software SPPS dan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa work life interference berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout dan turrnover intention, nurse work environment berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout dan turnover intention, dan burnout berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Terdapat beberapa implikasi untuk menekan tingkat turnover intention pada perawat rawat inap I RSU Haji Surabaya.

The condition of nursing staff in Indonesia is experiencing a shortage of nurses. In line with that, the condition of Surabaya Haji Hospital is also experiencing a shortage of staff which is dominated by the lack of nurses plus a significant increase in nurses turnover in 2019. Based on the results of observation and interviews found indications that nurses experienced burnout triggered by work life interference and nurse work environment. For this reason, this study aims to examine the relationship between work life interference and nurse work environment, burnout and turnover intention. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online to inpatient nurses totaling 30 people. Then the data is processed using SPPS software and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results found that work life interference had a positive effect on burnout and turretover intention, the nurse work environment had a negative effect on burnout and turnover intention, and burnout had a negative effect on turnover intention. There are several implications to reduce the level of turnover intention in nurses in Haji Hospital Surabaya.
