Abstract

ITS mengalami perubahan jumlah fakultas dan departemen yang kemudian diikuti dengan perubahan Struktur Organisasi dan Tata Kerja (SOTK). Pada fakultas dan departemen di ITS terdapat sejumlah tendik yang pensiun dari tahun 2020-2022. Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 ini ITS mengeluarkan aturan untuk Work From Home (WFH). Kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan perubahan atau dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan sehingga mengakibatkan perubahan pada kondisi mental. Berdasarkan permasalahan-permasalahan di atas diperlukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui kebutuhan tendik di fakultas dan departemen serta mengetahui perbandingan beban kerja mental tendik pada kondisi normal (WFO) dan WFH. Evaluasi beban kerja diawali dengan perhitungan pada beban kerja fisik untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan pegawai dengan menggunakan metode FTE untuk dan beban kerja mental secara subjektif dengan metode NASA-TLX dan DRAWS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat rintu yang tidak dikerjakan karena dikerjakan oleh tendik yang lain. Beberapa tendik memiliki kategori beban kerja FTE yang underload dan beban kerja mental (NASA-TLX dan DRAWS) yang overload. Perbedaan tersebut disebabkan oleh pola pengerjaan tugas oleh masing-masing tendik dan tipe tugas pada jabatan tersebut. Pada kondisi WFH beban kerja mental cenderung menurun atau sama dibandingkan dengan kondisi normal (WFO) meskipun terdapat beberapa tendik yang cenderung meningkat.

ITS was experiencing changes in number of faculty and departement which followed by changes in Structure and Working Procedure (OSWP). In 2020-2022 there are some educational staff which retired in faculties and departments in ITS. When the COVID-19 pandemic occurs, ITS issued a policy to work from home (WFH). That condition can cause changes when doing work or task and can effect changes in mental condition. Based on the problems above, evaluation is neede to know the number of educational staff in faculty and departement also to know comparison between mental workload in normal condition (WFO) and WFH. Workload evaluation start from calculate physical workload to know the number of employees with FTE method and for subjective mental workload use NASA-TLX and DRAWS. The result shows that there is some job description that is not done by educational staff because they have been done by other educational staff. A few educational staff have low physical workload but high mental workload, however the others has relatively same results from both workloads. A few educational staff have underload in workload category for FTE and overload for mental workload (NASA-TLX and DRAWS). The difference was caused by work pattern in each educational staff and task type in certain position. In WFH condition, mental workload tend to decreased or same with normal condition (WFO) however a few educational staff tend to increased.
