Abstract

Daerah Aliras Sungai (DAS) Cimanuk merupakan pemasok
utama irigasi sawah di daerah Indramayu dan Cirebon, sebagai
daerah penghasil padi utama. Kabupaten Indramayu memiliki 31
kecamatan dan 331 desa.Salah satunya adalah Desa Krasak di
Kecamatan Jatibarang. Peningkatan jumlah penduduk yang cukup
pesat dan kemajuan di berbagai sektor perekonomian, tidak
diimbangi dengan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan. Sarana
pembuangan limbah cair domestik yang ada, berupa penggunaan
jamban keluarga bahkan ada yang langsung dibuang ke saluran
drainase atau badan air. Berdasarkan survey EHRA, Desa Krasak
berada di kluster 4 yang dikategorikan sebagai area beresiko
tinggi dan rawan sanitasi. Sesuai dengan sasaran pengembangan
air limbah domestik (MPS Kabupaten Indramayu) dibutuhkan
suatu sistem pengolahan terpadu untuk mengelola limbah
domestik dalam rangka mencapai indikator sasaran berupa
berkembangnya pembangunan IPAL Komunal dan Sanimas tahun
2017. Unit pengolahan yang digunakan berupa Anaerobic Baffled
Reactor (ABR). Dilakukan perencanaan pelayanan pengolahan air
limbah secara komunal di Desa Krasak dengan menggunakan dua
variabel, yaitu aspek teknis dan aspek kelembagaan. Biaya yang
dibutuhkan untuk membangun satu sistem instalasi pengolahan
air limbah skala komunal sebesar Rp. 518.888.444 dengan iuran
untuk biaya operasional sebesar Rp. 6000 perbulan.

Cimanuk watershed (DAS) is a major supplier irrigated
rice fields in Indramayu and Cirebon, known as a major rice
producing area. Indramayu has 31 sub-districts and 331 village.
One of the village named Krasak in sub-district Jatibarang. The
increase of population quite rapidly and progress in various
sectors of the economy, doesn’t followed by increase in quality of
environment. Domestic liquid waste disposal facilities that exist,
in form of family latrines and some are directly discharged into
drainage channel or surface water. Based on the EHRA survey,
Krasak village located in cluster 4 that categorized as high-risk
areas and susceptible sanitation. In keeping with the goal of
developing domestic wastewater (MPS Indramayu), it takes an
integrated treatment system for domestic wastewater management
in order to achieve a target indicator development and
construction of WWTP Communal and Sanimas in 2017. Unit
process are used in form of Anaerobic Baffled Reactor (ABR).
Service planning in communal wastewater treatment at Krasak
village using three variables, technical aspect, financial aspect and
institutional aspect. The cost required to build a wastewater
treatment plant system scale communal Rp. 518.888.444 with a
contribution to the operational costs of Rp. 6000 per month
