Abstract
PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan pakan ternak yang mempunyai visi menjadi perusahaan agriculture yang terbesar di Indonesia dengan berkomitmen memberikan kualitas dan pelayanan yang terbaik. Persaingan ketat pada era saat ini mendorong perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan performansi perusahaan secara berkesinambungan. Saat ini PT XYZ belum mempunyai system pengukuran kinerja, hal ini mengakibatkan visi dan misi cenderung menjadi slogan saja tanpa didukung dengan perencanaan strategis yang tepat. Salah satu cara mengatasi adanya permasalahan tersebut dengan merancang system pengukuran kinerja yang adaptif terhadap proses bisnis, dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Pengukuran kinerja dalam penelitian ini juga didukung oleh metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) sebagai metode untuk menentukan pembobotan antar perspektif, antar sasaran strategis dan indikator pengukuran kinerja dalam skala prioritas Perancangan system pengukuran kinerja ini menghasilkan 6 sasaran strategis dan 12 indikator pengukuran kinerja. Implementasi dari perancangan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai current performance indicator PT XYZ pada semester II tahun 2019 adalah sebesar 6.04 yang berada pada level 4-7 dan apabila disimbolkan traffic light system tergolong warna kuning. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa PT XYZ pada performansi yang cukup baik namun masih membutuhkan perbaikan dalam mencapai target yang diharapkan.

PT XYZ is an animal feed company that has a vision to be the largest
agricultural company in Indonesia with a commitment to providing the best quality
and service.Tight competition in the current era encourages companies to be able
to improve their company performance on an ongoing basis. Currently PT XYZ
does not yet have a performance measurement system, this has caused the vision
and mission tending to become slogans without being supported by proper strategic
planning.One way to overcome these problems is by designing a performance
measurement system that is adaptive to business processes, using the Balanced
scorecard (BSC) method.Performance measurement in this study is also supported
by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method as a method for determining
weighting between perspectives, strategic objectives and Key performance
indicators (KPI) on a priority scale. This performance system design produces 6
strategic targets and 12 performance indicators. The implementation of this
research design shows that the current performance indicator value of PT XYZ in
the second semester of 2019 is 6.04 which is at level 4-7 and the system symbolized
by traffic lights is classified as yellow. This shows that PT XYZ is performing quite
well but still needs improvement in achieving the expected target.
