Abstract
PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya merupakan perusahaan pengecoran logam yang ada di Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Dalam proses-proses pengecoran logam yang terjadi terdapat beberapa proses namun yang paling terpenting adalah proses peleburan logam tersebut. proses peleburan logam terjadi pada tanur induksi, dalam tanur induksi terdapat lining yang berfungsi sebagai lapiran tanur agar kuat dengan suhu api yang tinggi. tanur induksi dalam proses pengecoran dibutuhkan perawatan-perawatan yang berfungsi untuk memperpanjang umur lining yang ada.

PT. Aneka Adhilogam Karya is a metal foundry company based in Klaten, Central Java. In the metal casting processes that occur there are several processes but the most important is the metal smelting process. The metal smelting process occurs in the induction furnace, in the induction furnace there is a lining that functions as a lining for the furnace to be strong with a high flame temperature. Induction furnaces in the casting process require treatments that function to extend the life of the existing lining.
