Abstract

Penyusunan proyek akhir yang berjudul Perhitungan waktu
dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit Islam
Surabaya dengan Konstruksi Half Slab ini menggunakan bangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit Islam yang terletak di Jalan Jendral A. Yani No.2-4, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Proyek ini direncanakan oleh Konsultan Teknik Pembangunan Adyagraha. Gedung Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya ini memiliki denah tipikal. Untuk proyek akhir ini tower yang ditinjau adalah mulai lantai 1 (Ground) sampai atap (10).
Metode halfslab precast disini diterapkan dengan tujuan untuk mempercepat durasi pekerjaan pelat konvensional, yang pada umumnya menghabiskan waktu lama.
Pada proyek akhir ini, akan dilakukan peninjauan terhadap
pekerjaan struktur bawah dan struktur atas. Perhitungan waktu ditentukan dengan cara menghitung volume pekerjaan, produktivitas, durasi, dan kebutuhan sumber daya pada tiap item pekerjaan. Sedangkan dalam perhitungan biaya meliputi harga material, upah pekerja, dan harga sewa alat berat yang dihitung menggunakan harga lapangan dan referensi di Surabaya. Untuk penyusunan jadwal tiap item pekerjaan dilakukan dengan bantuan software Microsoft Project.
Hasil akhir dari studi ini diperoleh rekapitulasi perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan serta kurva S pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Rumah Sakit Islam Surabaya. Perhitungan struktur precast halfslab beserta pembebanannya menggunakan acuan dari SNI, PCI Handbook Design dan Reinforced Concrete Design.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis tugas akhir ini, didapatkan durasi pekerjaan selama 199 hari kerja dan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 15,110,071,375,13

The final project, entitled Project Schedule And Budget
Estimation Of Surabaya Islamic Hospital Building Using Half Slab Construction, uses the Islamic Hospital Building, which is located at Jalan Jendral A. Yani No. 2-4, City of Surabaya, East Java. This project was planned by Adyagraha Development Engineering Consultant. The Surabaya Islamic Hospital building has a typical floor plan. For this final project, the tower being reviewed is from the 1st floor (Ground) to the roof (10). The halfslab precast method is applied here with the aim of speeding up the duration of conventional slab work, which generally takes a long time.
In this final project, a review of the work of the lower and
upper structures will be carried out. Calculation of time is determined by calculating the volume of work, productivity, duration, and resource requirements for each work item. Meanwhile, the cost calculation includes material prices, worker wages, and heavy equipment rental prices which are calculated using field’s survey prices and references in Surabaya. The preparation of the schedule for each work item is carried out with the help of Microsoft Project software. The final result of this study is a recapitulation of the
calculation of the implementation time and cost as well as the S curve in the construction project of the Surabaya Islamic Hospital Building.
Calculation of the precast halfslab structure and its load case uses references from SNI, PCI Handbook Design and Reinforced Concrete Design.
Based on the results of this final project analysis, the duration of the work is 199 working days and the implementation cost is Rp. 15,110,071,375,13
