Abstract

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) merupakan institusi pemerintah yang mengupayakan pengadaan listrik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, pemerintah, dunia usaha dan industri. Dalam menyalurkan aliran listrik ke daerah diperlukan bangunan tower Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT). Keberadaan tower SUTT melewati pemukiman, lahan pertanian, pergudangan dan lahan kosong. Salah satu tower SUTT berada di belakang gudang, pabrik kayu dan perumahan penduduk yaitu Tower T.09 (PLTU Waru – Gresik). Analisa kestabilan akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan program bantu Plaxis, Geo Slope, dan Dxstabl. Hasil analisis tersebut berupa tegangan tanah dan faktor keamanan. Nilai dari tegangan tanah dianalisis kembali, untuk membuat rencana alternatif perkuatan talud. Berdasarkan hasil uji faktor keamanan dari ketiga program didapat SF terkecil terdapat pada program bantu Plaxis dengan SF sebesar 1.38. Dalam hal ini SF = 1.38 > 1.25 (SF minimum) artinya stabilitas talud di sekitar tower aman. Pada masa yang akan datang , kondisi tanah pada sekitar talud pada Tower T.09 PLTU (Waru - Gresik) diasumsikan mengalami pelapukan sehingga kondisi stabilitas talud menjadi tidak aman. Upaya penyelamatan yang dipilih menggunankan ground anchor jenis tie back grouting dengan penahan berupa grouting beton dan head anchor berupa balok penahan beton. Perkuatan ground anchor, memiliki nilai gaya tarik tegak lurus bidang lereng (K) sebesar 6.74 ton. Untuk menahan gaya tersebut dipasang tie back grouting dengan diameter 20 cm dan panjang grouting 10 m. Perkuatan ground anchor dipasang 8 meter ke arah y sebanyak 1 buah pada setiap sisi.

Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) is a government an institution that provides provision of electricity to fulfill the demands of the community, government, business and industry. In that case to channelize the flow of electricity to the area, it is required the tower of Saluran UdaraTegangan Tinggi (SUTT). The existence of SUTT tower is passing a residential, farm area, ware housing and vacant area. One of SUTT tower is located behind the barn, lumbermill sand housing residents that is T.09 Tower (power plant Waru-Gresik). Stability analysis will be analyzed by using the auxiliary program Plaxis, GeoSlope, and Dxstabl. The results of the analysis are soil stresses and the safety factor. The value of the soil stresses are re- analyzed to make another alternative of slope reinforcement. Based on the test of safety factor which is obtained from each program, Plaxis has the smallest value of SF with 1.347. In this matter SF = 1.347 > 1.25 (SF minimum) means that stability of slope around the tower is safe. For the further condition, soil around T.09 tower (Waru-Gresik) is assumed to undergo weathering, so the condition of slope stability become unsteady. The preventive action that is taken, using the type of ground anchor tie back grouting with concrete grouting and head anchoras a concrete retaining blocks. Retro fitting of ground anchor has a normal value of lift force (K) with 6.74 tons. In order to with stand the force, it is sat the tie back grouting with a diameter 20 cm and a length of grouting 10m. Therefore, reinforcement of ground anchor is erected 8 m to Y direction to the number of anchor once every section.
