Abstract

PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat tumbuh dan berkembang dalam lingkungan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo) III Group sebagai perusahaan yang melayani kebutuhan engineering dengan baik. PT Pelindo III Group dan PT Berlian Jasa Pelabuhan Indonesia (BJTI) sebagai induk perusahaan dari PT BIMA yang berada di lingkup Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak, Surabaya. Pada Pelabuhan Nilam yang dikelola oleh PT Berkah Industri Mesin Angkat yaitu Container crane (CC) atau container gantry crane atau Ship to Shore (STS) merupakan sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk bongkar muat peti kemas dari dermaga ke kapal maupun dari kapal ke dermaga. Container crane dipasang secara permanen yang diletakkan di pinggir dermaga dengan menggunakan rel, sehingga dapat bergeser baik ke kiri dan ke kanan untuk bongkar muat peti kemas dalam jangkauan yang dekat maupun jauh.
Komponen – komponen container crane yaitu Machinery Room, Electric Room, Pylon, Trim, List and Skew & Snag Load, Girder, Operator Cabin’s, Leg, Cross Beam & Portal Beam, Rail, Clamping Device, Bogie, Anchor, Cabel Rel, Spreader. Sedangkan pada Ruber tyred Gantry (RTG) memiliki komponen sebagai berikut : Frame joint bolts, Main girder, Trolley, Hoist, Auxilary Winches, Operator Cab’s, Spreader, Diesel generator set, Electrical component room, Bogies and Gantry wheels. Pada alat berat container crane juga dilaksanakannya maintenance guna memelihara alat dan menjaga kualitas alat hingga pemakaian dengan jangka waktu yang panjang. Maintenance yang dilakukan hampir banyak pada Preventive maintenance dan juga breakdown maintenance. Salah satu contohnya yaitu greasing wire rope trolley pada container crane, greasing pada roda gantry, dan breakdown overhaul engine CTT, pergantian wire rope boom hoist, dll. Spreader merupakan salah satu komponen utama dari Container Crane untuk mengangkat dan meletakkan petikemas yang akan dipindahkan pada saat proses bongkar muat kapal. Jenis spreader yang digunakan pada Container Crane 04 dan 05 Terminal Nilam yaitu Spreader Bromma SSX40 Single Lift Hydraulic System. Sistem hidrolik pada spreader diawali dengan perintah dari operator sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan yang menyebabkan interlock work on menuju ke actuator kemudian motor listrik induksi bekerja sehingga pompa pada power pack menyala untuk menghisap minyak hidrolik pada oil tank, kemudain minyak hidrolik menjadi minyak hidrolik bertekanan menuju diarahkan menggunakan direction control valve untuk mengarahakan pergerakan flpper up or down, twistlock lock or unlock dan sistem teleskopik 20 feet atau 40 feet. Kemudian fluida minyak hidrolik kembalil ke oil tank dan dapat bersikulasi kembali seperti langkah awal pada sistem hidrolik. Maintanance pada spreader containe crane, yang merupakan serangkaian kebijakan yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan atau mengembalikan suatu barang dalam keadaan operasional yang efektif. Maintenance beserta Daily Check yang dilakukan setiap hari di lapangan Pelabuhan Nilam PT BIMA salah satu contohnya yaitu pergantian sparepart proximity sensor pada house twistlock, pengecekan dan pengencangan baut keempat flipper, pengecekan sensor pada keempat twistlock, greasing pada sliding pad, flipper dan twistlock, dll

PT Pelindo III Group and PT Berlian Jasa Pelabuhan Indonesia (BJTI) are the parent companies of PT BIMA which are within the scope of Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya. At Nilam Harbor which is managed by PT Berkah Industri Lifting Machine, namely the Container crane (CC) or container gantry crane or Ship to Shore (STS) is a tool that functions to load and unload containers from the pier to the ship or from the ship to the pier. Container cranes are permanently installed which are placed on the edge of the wharf using rails, so that they can shift both left and right for loading and unloading containers within a short or long reach. Container crane components namely Machinery Room, Electric Room, Pylon, Trim, List and Skew & Snag Load, Girder, Operator Cabin's, Leg, Cross Beam & Portal Beam, Rail, Clamping Device, Bogie, Anchor, Rail Cable, Spreader. Whereas the Ruber Tyred Gantry (RTG) has the following components: Frame joint bolts, Main girder, Trolley, Hoist, Auxilary Winches, Operator Cab's, Spreader, Diesel generator set, Electrical component room, Bogies and Gantry wheels. Maintenance of heavy equipment for container cranes is also carried out in order to maintain the equipment and maintain the quality of the equipment so that it can be used for a long period of time. Most of the maintenance that is done is Preventive maintenance and also breakdown maintenance. One example is greasing wire rope trolley on container cranes, greasing on gantry wheels, and CTT engine breakdown overhaul, replacement of wire rope boom hoist, etc. Spreader is one of the main components of the Container Crane to lift and place containers that will be moved during the loading and unloading process of ships. The type of spreader used in Container Crane 04 and 05 of Nilam Terminal is the Spreader Bromma SSX40 Single Lift Hydraulic System. The hydraulic system on the spreader begins with commands from the operator according to what is desired which causes the interlock to work on towards the actuator then the induction electric motor works so that the pump on the power pack turns on to suck hydraulic oil in the oil tank, then hydraulic oil becomes pressurized hydraulic oil to be directed using a direction control valve to direct the flipper movement up or down, twistlock lock or unlock and a 20 feet or 40 feet telescopic system. Then the hydraulic oil fluid returns to the oil tank and can recirculate like the initial step in the hydraulic system. Maintenance on spreader containe cranes, which is a series of policies needed to maintain or return an item in an effective operational state. Maintenance along with Daily Checks which are carried out every day at the PT BIMA Nilam Port field, one example is the replacement of the proximity sensor spare parts on the twistlock house, checking and tightening the four flipper bolts, checking the sensors on the four twistlocks, greasing on the sliding pad, flipper and twistlock, etc.
