Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kepuasan petani mitra di Kecamatan Sumberpucung terhadap pelayanan PT. DuPont Pioneer Malang. Desa Sumber Pucung merupakan daerah yang tanahnya cukup subur dan kelembabannya tidak terlalu tinggi serta wilayah Sumber Pucung adalah daerah berdataran sedang dengan curah hujan yang sedang. Dilihat dari aspek morfologinya wilayah Sumberpucung menjadi salah satu penghasil Benih induk jagung terbanyak di PT. DuPont Pioneer Malang. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan Salah satu metode analisis yang dapat digunakan adalah Analisis Kesenjangan atau disebut sebagai GAP. Analisa GAP dapat juga diartikan sebagai perbandingan kinerja aktual dengan kinerja potensial atau yang diharapkan. Adapun beberapa atribut pelayanan yang menurut petani belum memenuhi harapan antara lain Biaya/Harga Jagung yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, Ketepatan perusahaan memberikan Biaya, serta Perusahaan mempunyai citra yang dapat dipercaya bagi para petani mitra. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pihak perusahaan harus memprioritaskan atribut yang harus ditingkatkan. Begitu pula dengan atribut yang telah melebihi harapan petani seperti Kontrak (Growing Contract) yang diberikan sudah adil, Pelayanan perusahaan dapat dipercaya (R4), serta Kesopanan petugas lapangan pada petani mitra. ================================================================== This study analyzes the level of satisfaction of partner farmers in Kecamatan Sumberpucung on the services of PT. DuPont Pioneer Malang. Sumber Pucung Village is an area whose land is fertile and its humidity is not too high and Sumber Pucung is a medium-terrain area with moderate rainfall. Viewed from the morphology aspect Sumberpucung became one of the largest corn seed producer in PT. DuPont Pioneer Malang. Based on these problems, it is necessary to do One method of analysis that can be used is Gap Analysis or referred to as GAP. GAP analysis can also be interpreted as a comparison of actual performance with potential or expected performance. As for some attributes of service which according to the farmers have not met expectations, among others Cost / Prices of corn given by the company, the Company's accuracy to provide the Cost, and the Company has a reliable image for farmers partners. This proves that the company should prioritize the attributes that must be improved. Similarly, the attributes that have exceeded the expectations of farmers such as the Contract (Growing Contract) is given is fair, Trustworthy company service (R4), and courtesy of field officers on partner farmers.
