Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan akan pelayanan perawatan kesehatan menyebabkan bertambahnya penyediaan layanan kesehatan. Kualitas pemberian layanan perawatan kesehatan merupakan hal yang harus diprioritaskan oleh penyedia layanan kesehatan, oleh karena itu sumber daya manusia menjadi salah satu faktor masukan utama yang menentukan kesuksesan kualitas penyampaian layanan perawatan kesehatan kepada pasien yang harus selalu dikembangkan. Penyedia layanan perawatan kesehatan harus dapat mengatur bagaimana sumber daya manusianya agar mencapai potensi maksimalnya. Praktik manajemen sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mengatur tenaga kerja menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan dan dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dalam bidang penyediaan layanan perawatan kesehatan. Salah satu penentu kemajuan praktik manajemen sumber daya di pelayanan kesehatan adalah dengan adanya penelitian yang dilakukan pada bidang tersebut. Dengan semakin banyaknya penelitian dan publikasi dari bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia pada pelayanan kesehatan juga melihat besarnya dampak manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pelayanan kesehatan, membuat peneliti merasa perlu untuk meneliti bagaimana perkembangan studi manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pelayanan kesehatan sehingga dapat mengetahui sejauh mana dan bagaimana perkembangan penelitian manajemen sumber daya manusia di bidang pelayanan kesehatan. Metode analisis bibliometrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis sitasi dan analisis ko-sitasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer. Selanjutnya analisis deskriptif dilakukan untuk mengetahui pada fungsi apa manajemen sumber daya manusia paling sering digunakan dan pendekatan penelitian apa yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian. ====================================================================================================== The increasing need for health care services leads to increased provision of health services. The quality of the provision of health care services is something that must be prioritized by health service providers, therefore human resources are one of the main input factors determining the success of the quality of delivery of health care services to patients which must always be developed. Health care providers must be able to manage their human resources to reach their maximum potential. The practice of human resource management as an effort to regulate the workforce must be considered and can be implemented properly in the field of health care service provision. One of the determinants of the progress of resource management practices in health services is the existence of research conducted in this field. With the increasing number of research and publications from the field of human resource management in health services, it also sees the magnitude of the impact of human resource management in the field of health services, making researchers feel the need to examine how the development of human resource management studies in the field of health services so that they can find out to what extent and how is the development of human resource management research in the field of health services. Bibliometric analysis methods were performed using citation analysis and co-citation analysis with the help of VOSviewer software. Furthermore, descriptive analysis is carried out to determine what function human resource management is most often used and what research approaches are often used in research.
