Abstract

Proses pembelajaran secara daring atau E-Learning menuntut mahasiswa untuk bisa menggunakan berbagai aplikasi Online Video Conference seperti Zoom, Google Hangout Meet dan Microsoft Teams. Sama halnya dengan produk lainnya, kepuasan pengguna OVC harus menjadi perhatian utama dari perusahaan pengembang produk agar produk terus menjadi pilihan dan digunakan oleh pengguna. Untuk itu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan penggunaan aplikasi OVC perlu diidentifikasikan dan dipahami. Sayangnya saat ini masih belum banyak penelitian terkait dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi OVC. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi kepuasaan pengguna OVC khususnya untuk pengguna dari kalangan mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini kepuasan pengguna OVC akan dianalisa dari aspek usability. Variabel yang diteliti adalah usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, perceived enjoyment, accessibility, security, dan satisfaction. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi linier. Dalam pengujian secara simultan menggunakan uji f diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, perceived enjoyment, accessibility, dan security berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan di dalam pengujian secara parsial menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel usefulness yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa dengan nilai t-hitung 6,158.

The online learning process or E-Learning requires students to be able to use various Online Video Conference applications such as Zoom, Google Hangout Meet and Microsoft Teams. As with other products, OVC user satisfaction must be the main concern of product development companies so that the product continues to be the choice and use of the user. For this reason, factors that can affect the satisfaction of using the OVC application need to be identified and understood. Unfortunately, currently there are not many studies related to the factors that affect user satisfaction of the OVC application. This study aims to determine what factors affect the satisfaction of users of online video conferencing, especially for users from among students. In this study, user satisfaction OVC will be analyzed from the usability aspect. The variables studied were usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, perceived enjoyment, accessibility, security, and satisfaction. The method used in this research is linear regression method. In the simultaneous testing using the f test, the results show that the variables usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning, perceived enjoyment, accessibility, and security have a simultaneous effect on user satisfaction. Meanwhile, in partial testing using the t test, the results show that the usefulness variable that most influences student satisfaction with the t-count value is 6.158.
