Abstract

Perkembangan PLN Mobile merupakan platform yang diharapkan akan menguatkan bisnis inti PLN dan meningkatkan pendapatan dari non-core business, dengan memanfatkan kelebihan PLN yaitu mengelola 78 juta pelanggan beserta seluruh keluarga pelanggan yang tentunya juga sebagai pengguna listrik teknologi informasi di Indonesia sangat pesat dari tahun ke tahun. Salah satunya adalah peningkatan penetrasi penggunaan smartphone di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Salah satu tahapan utama untuk mencapai keberhasilan teknologi Aplikasi Mobile adalah penerimaan teknologi tersebut oleh penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam keberhasilan penerimaan teknologi merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting. Pengujian Outer Model dan Inner Model digunakan untuk menguji dan menganalisis data dari instrumen penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa dari 14 hipotesis penelitian, ditemukan 10 hipotesis penelitian yang diterima dan 4 lainnya ditolak. Diketahui bahwa persepsi kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, sementara persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, sementara itu bahwa perceived security (PS), perceived risk (PR) serta gender (G) tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention (BI).selain itu self efficacy (SE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention (BI). Sementara itu perceived cost (PC) tidak berpengaruh terhadap behavioral intention (BI). Sementara itu system/software quality (SQ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived ease of use (PEOU), (PR), (PS) dan (TR). Sementara itu trust (TR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention (BI). Sementara itu behavioral intention (BI) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap actual use (AU).

One of them is the increasing penetration of smartphone use in Indonesia, which has increased rapidly. One of the main stages to achieve the success of Mobile Application technology is the acceptance of the technology by its users. Therefore, identifying the factors that influence the success of technology acceptance is very important. Testing Outer Model and Inner Model is used to test and analyze data from research instruments using the SMART PLS 3.0 application. Based on the research findings, it can be seen that of the 14 research hypotheses, it was found that 10 research hypotheses were accepted and 4 were rejected. It is known that the perception of usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, while the perception of ease of use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, meanwhile that perceived security (PS), perceived risk (PR) and gender (G) have no effect on behavioral intention (BI). In addition, self efficacy (SE) has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention (BI). Meanwhile, perceived cost (PC) has no effect on behavioral intention (BI). Meanwhile system/software quality (SQ) has a positive and significant effect on perceived ease of use (PEOU), (PR), (PS) and (TR). Meanwhile, trust (TR) has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention (BI). Meanwhile behavioral intention (BI) has a positive and significant effect on actual use (AU).
