Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital yang diadopsi oleh ritel modern secara eksklusif mendisrupsi keberadaan ritel kecil konvensional. Perusahaan rintisan unicorn Warung Pintar (warpin), membawa sistem ritel modern kepada ritel kecil konvensional seperti warung. Fakta di lapangan ditemukan terdapat mitra warpin yang memiliki kinerja kurang baik. Beberapa penelitian digitalisasi dilakukan hanya berfokus pada satu aspek yang menimbulkan masalah baru pada aspek lain yang belum teridentifikasi ketika bertransformasi digital dan inkonsisten terhadap tujuan digitalisasi untuk membuat efisien, efektif, dan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh digitalisasi pada kinerja warung. Keunikan model bisnis warung jarang dilakukan oleh penelitian di bidang digitalisasi dengan pendekatan teoritikal Socio-Technical System (STS). Wawancara dilakukan dengan mitra warung pintar dengan convenience purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan kodefikasi mencari tema dan pola lalu mencocokkannya dengan kajian literatur terdahulu untuk memperkuat teori. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi berpengaruh kepada teknologi yang diimplementasikan, struktur pekerjaan, efisiensi proses, dan dampak pada individual. Kinerja warung juga dapat dicapai berdasarkan aspek pasar dan pemasaran. SDM, teknis dan operasional, dan keuangan. Sistem digitalisasi yang dilakukan warpin juga tidak dapat menyamai dengan ritel modern dari sisi mitra karena model bisnis warung yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu warpin menyesuaikan model bisnis warung dengan sisi bisnis warpin. ================================================================================================== The use of digital technology adopted by modern retail exclusively disrupts the existence of conventional small retailers. Unicorn startup Warung Pintar (warpin), is bringing modern retail systems to conventional small retailers such as warungs. The facts found that there were warpin partners who had poor performance. Several digitalization studies have been carried out only focusing on one aspect which creates new problems in other aspects that have not been identified when transforming digitally and are inconsistent with the goal of digitizing to make it efficient, effective, and profitable. This study analyzes the impact of digitization on warung performance. The uniqueness of the warung business model is rarely carried out by research in the field of digitization with a Socio-Technical System (STS) theoretical approach. Interviews were conducted with warpin partners using convenience purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by codification looking for themes and patterns and then matching them with previous literature studies to strengthen the theory. The results show that digitalization has an impact on the technology implemented, work structure, process efficiency, and impact on individuals. Warung performance can also be achieved based on market and marketing aspects, human resource, technical and operational, and finance. The digitalization system carried out by warpin also cannot be the same like modern retail because of the different retail business models. Therefore, warpin adapts the warung business model to the warpin business side.
