Abstract

Dalam tahapan pembangunan konstruksi terdapat beberapa bagian yang harus dilakukan yaitu perencanaan yang merupakan hal yang mengatur sumber daya dan pelaksanaan merupakan suatu betuk penyelenggaraan dari pembangunan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Bangunan gedung merupakan satu kesatuan pekerjaan yang mencakup beberapa pekerjaan yang meliputi persiapan, pembesian, pengecoran, arsitektural dan finishing. Didalam pekerjaan pengecoran memerlukan media yang digunakan sebagai cetakan bentuk bangunan yang direncanakan yang biasa disebut sebagai bekisting. Pada proyek pembangunan gedung kantor Mapolda Sumatera Selatan ini awal perencanaannya menggunakan metode bekisting konvensional, sehingga dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini direncanakan menggunakan metode bekisting aluminium. Yang dimana Aluminium Formwork adalah salah satu inovasi dalam metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan bekisting yang lebih efektif dan efisien dalam pekerjaannya. Metode bekisting aluminium memiliki beberapa kelebihan diantaranya tidak menghasilkan limbah kayu, pengerjaan lebih cepat dan rapi, dan dapat dibuat satu kesatuan tiap elemen struktur. Tujuan dari mengganti metode pekerjaan bekisting yaitu dapat mengetahui perbandingan antar metode bekisting konvensional dan metode bekisting aluminium dari segi anggaran biaya pelaksanaan (RAP) dan waktu atau durasi pelaksanaan. Hasil dari perhitungan, didapat durasi dari metode bekisting konvensional selama 273 hari dengan biaya Rp 41.902.626.540 Sedangkang durasi dari metode aluminium selama 213 hari dengan biaya Rp 44.354.717.550 Sehingga dari hasil perhitungan tersebut dari segi durasi bekisting aluminium lebih cepat 60 hari dari bekisting konvensional tetapi dari sebgi biaya lebih mahal Rp 2.452.091.010 dari bekisting konvensional.

In the construction development stage, there are several parts that must be carried out, namely planning which is something that regulates resources and implementation is a form of organizing development to make it more effective and efficient. A building is a unit of work that includes several works including preparation, ironing, casting, architectural and finishing. Casting work requires a medium that is used as a mold for the shape of the planned building which is usually referred to as formwork. In the South Sumatra Police Headquarters office building construction project, the initial planning was to use conventional formwork methods, so in writing this Final Project it was planned to use aluminum formwork methods. Which one Aluminum Formwork is one of the innovations in the method of carrying out formwork work that is more effective and efficient in its work. The aluminum formwork method has several advantages, including not producing wood waste, the work is faster and neater, and can be made as a single unit for each structural element. The aim of changing formwork work methods is to find out the comparison between conventional formwork methods and aluminum formwork methods in terms of implementation budget (RAP) and implementation time or duration. The results of the calculations show that the duration of the conventional formwork method is as long as 273 days at cost IDR 41,902,626,540. Meanwhile, the duration of the aluminum method is as long as 213 days at cost IDR 44,354,717,550. So from the results of these calculations in terms of duration the aluminum formwork is faster 60 days than conventional formwork but in terms of cost it is more expensive IDR 2,452,091,010 from conventional formwork.
