Abstract

Transactions on the Peken app have been increasing annually; however, there are still several issues in its usage. These issues include problems in the functionality and operational aspects of the app. This indicates that users are not yet experiencing maximum satisfaction with the Peken app. Therefore, this study will analyze the factors that can influence user satisfaction with the Peken app using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research employs a quantitative method with descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment have a positive influence on the attitude towards using, with perceived enjoyment having the highest impact. This indicates that the comfort and ease of use of the Peken app are crucial in determining users attitudes towards the app. Conversely, perceived government support does not have a significant influence on the attitude towards using, indicating that government support does not affect users intention to use the Peken app. Additionally, the attitude towards using has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, meaning that a positive attitude towards using the Peken app will enhance user satisfaction with its use. This study is written as a contribution to understanding the factors that influence user satisfaction with the app, as well as providing suggestions for the future development of the Peken app, and serving as a foundation for subsequent research.
