Abstract

Variabel push mencakup information searching behaviour, perceived service quality, satisfaction, and perceived price.

Dual Channel Supply Chain (in short DCSC) is a business structure that integrating offline channel and online channel in distributing their product. In DCSC consumer may switch easily from one channel to another channel which can make a conflict between the both channels because they have same potential consumer. However, study about consumer switching behaviour in context of DCSC is still rare. This study applies Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) to investigate consumer channel switching behaviour intention related to service company. Push variable include information searching behaviour, perceived service quality, satisfaction, and perceived price. Mooring variable include switching cost, attitude toward switching, subjective norm, and habit. Additionally pull variable comprise of alternative attractiveness and responsiveness. The findings indicate that all three variables have significant effect on switching intention. PLS-Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was applied to analyze survey data from 250 respondents. The result of interrelationship among variables could be potentially applied in determining operational and tactical strategies in anticipating the volatilities in consumer behaviours.
