Abstract

Mie merupakan salah satu makanan berbahan dasar tepung terigu yang sangat digemari masyarakat. Cara penjemuran di bawah sinar matahari membutuhkan waktu yang lama pada saat cuaca mendung atau hujan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu solusi untuk merancang mesin pengering mie. Metode perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan step by step yaitu observasi, studi pustaka, dengan membuat konsep pengering untuk menentukan dimensi, menentukan bahan, menentukan alat, dan menghitung kebutuhan bahan. Rancangan desain pengering terdiri dari beberapa komponen yaitu Hollow Stainless Steel SS201 (Uk 30x30x1), Siku Baja, Plat Stainless Steel SS304 (Tebal 0,5mm), Kipas Blower, Motor, Kompor. Kipas penghisap panas dengan kecepatan 2800 rpm. Perancangan mesin pengering mie ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk lebih meningkatkan produktivitas dan perekonomian masyarakat. Mie pengering ini dibuat sebagai alat bantu produksi yang membantu industri dalam mempermudah. Untuk dimensi desain pengering mie (PXL), panjang 800mm lebar 600mm tinggi 1700mm. dan kompor dengan dimensi 55mm x 55mm x 55mm, stainless steel ss304 dan tungku uap dengan dimensi 90x70x10. sehingga sangat cocok untuk pengeringan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kelebihan. ============================================================ ============================================================ Noodle is a food made from wheat flour which is very popular among the public. The method of drying in the sun takes a long time when the weather is cloudy or rainy. Therefore, a solution is needed to design a noodle dryer. This design method uses a step-by-step approach, namely observation, literature study, by conceptualizing the dryer to determine dimensions, determining materials, determining tools, and calculating material requirements. The design of the dryer design consists of several components, namely Stainless Steel Hollow SS201 (Uk 30x30x1), Steel Elbow, SS304 Stainless Steel Plate (0.5mm Thick), Blower Fan, Motor, Stove. Heat suction fan with 2800 rpm speed. The design of this noodle dryer is based on on the need to further increase the productivity and economy of the community. This drying noodle is made as a production aid that helps the industry to make it easier. For the dimension of the noodle dryer design (PXL), length 800mm width 600mm height 1700mm. and stove stove with dimensions 55mm x 55mm x 55mm , stainless steel ss304 and steam furnace with dimensions 90x70x10. thus it is very suitable for drying based on needs and advantages.
