Abstract
Lecress merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang F&B, utamanya di makanan ringan berupa leker. Bisnis ini didirikan oleh lima Mahasiswa Manajemen Bisnis ITS sejak tahun 2021 yang terlahir dari mata kuliah. Kini Lecress telah resmi berbadan hukum sebagai CV Lecress Haren Artha sejak 14 Juni 2022. Lecress memiliki visi yaitu “Menjadi brand yang inovatif, berkualitas dengan penuh cita rasa dan menjadi pionir di industri camilan tradisional”. Adapun tujuan utama dari Lecress adalah memiliki beberapa cabang yang dimulai dari kota Surabaya dan akan menyebar di indonesia. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut Lecress menerapkan beberapa stategi di setiap bidang manajemennya. Di bidang pemasaran, untuk meningkatkan brand image selain menggunakan media sosial Lecress juga mengikuti berbagai pameran dan bazaar yang dilaksanakan secara offline dan online. Kemudian untuk menunjang bidang penjualan, Lecress memiliki offline store yang berlokasi di Surabaya dan telah terdaftar dalam platform Google My Business serta memiliki online store via aplikasi GrabFood. Selain melalui dua opsi tersebut, pelanggan juga dapat memesan leker melalui WhatsApp dan juga Instagram Lecress yaitu @Lecressindonesia. Di bidang operasional tentu Lecress telah menyiapkan berbagai macam SOP yang telah diujicoba dan disepakati sehingga nantinya di setiap cabang Lecress akan memiliki kualitas yang setara. Selain itu, tim operasional juga sedang melakukan riset untuk mencari lokasi yang cocok untuk dijadikan cabang Lecress. Bidang SDM juga sedang mempersiapkan SOP dan kesesuaian pegawai yang dibutuhkan untuk beroperasi di cabang Lecress. Dalam dua 2023), tim keuangan telah mencatat omzet yang didapat sebesar Rp100.735.601. Untuk kedepannya Lecress akan berfokus pada stabilisasi usaha terutama dalam hal penjualan dan pendapatan mengacu pada proyeksi keuangan yang telah ditentukan oleh tim keuangan. Dengan tagline “Makin Deket, Makin Kress”, Lecress berharap dapat memberikan kesan yang baik dan akan selalu berusaha memberikan kualitas terbaik sehingga akan selalu lekat di hati para pelanggan.

Lecress is a business engaged in F&B, mainly in snacks such as leker. This business was founded in 2021 by five Business Management student, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology. Now Lecress has officially become a legal entity as CV Lecress Haren Artha since June 14, 2022. Lecress has a vision that is “To become an innovative, quality brand with full of taste and to be a pioneer in the traditional snack industry” supported by the mission of developing Leker products by maximizing existing resources and being a carrier of change based on customer needs and satisfaction. The main purpose of Lecress is to have several branches starting from the city of Surabaya and will spread in Indonesia. To achieve this, Lecress applies several strategies in each of its management areas. In the field of marketing, to improve brand image, apart from using social media, Lecress also participates in various exhibitions and bazaars which are held offline and online. Then to support the sales sector, Lecress has an offline store located in Surabaya and has been registered on the Google My Business platform and has an online store via the GrabFood application. Apart from these two options, customers can also order Leker via WhatsApp and Lecress Instagram, namely @Lecressindonesia. In the operational field, of course, Lecress has prepared various SOPs that have been tested and agreed upon so that later in every Lecress branch, they will have the same quality. In addition, the operational team is also conducting research to find a suitable location to become a Lecress branch. The HR department is also preparing SOPs and the suitability of employees needed to operate at the Lecress branch. In two periods (January 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023), the finance team has recorded a turnover of IDR 100,735,601. In the future, Lecress will focus on business stabilization, especially in terms of sales and revenue, referring to the financial projections determined by the finance team. With the tagline “Makin Deket, Makin Kress”, Lecress hopes to give a good impression and will always try to provide the best quality so that it will always stick in the hearts of customers.
